Ken the plumber was very courteous and professional in every sense. He made extra effort in clearing a very stubborn main sewer line blockage when it was determined it was the village's main sewer line blockage. As advertised, Ken refused to collect the agreed contract rate as he wasn't able to open my line blockage but I insisted to pay him for all the work he did which he eventually agreed to accept my payment at a lower service charge. Definitely an upstanding, honest and decent plumber. Thank you Ken.

Prompt, professional, courteous. Replaced check valve on sump pump (water shooting everywhere) fixed 2 leaky faucets, told me how to fix my dishwasher (and that worked), had to run to town for parts, and still only charged one hour labor + parts. Will use again.

They were extremely responsive and professional, and offered several DIY remedies to try before they came out (at no cost). When they came onsite, they were on time and resolved the problem quickly. I highly recommend them.

Quoted $175 to unclog tub drain. Pipe in wall broke during unclogging. So he had to cut into my drywall in two places to repair the broken pipe. He did not repair the wall with patch and paint, and as far as I am concerned he broke the pipe and should have had to fix it all himself at no cost. He actually charged me to fix the pipe he broke. It is costing my another $250 to have the drywall repaired and painted by someone else. Total project cost me just under $650 because he broke the pipe.
