So instead of my $55 cleaning (he tried to charge me $80) I got "there is a $800 problem but I can try to fix it for $400"... My 'problem' took less than 5 minutes to 'fix'. I can't believe I fell for the scam. Do yourself a favor, pay for the cleaning and nothing else. Or hire someone else.

They started a fire and nearly burned our house down. I was the one who put the fire out. They didn't take appropriate precautions. They started trying to put the fire out with me and the guy decided it wasn't working so he ran outside. They did pay for a cleaning service that didn't do a very good job and that was about the extent of it. They also gave us a giftcard that was out near their office, almost an hour away from us.

They were okay, nothing to get your socks off. They were a little pricey. The service was fine. The guy was knowledgeable but they were a little pricey. The quality was fine. They were very professional. They were fast. They completed the work quickly. I feel like they were only here for like an hour and that was it.

It turned out fine. It was a high end system. I have used them for some smaller stuff in the past. I have been using them for 4 or 5 years.

I just used them once and they came and did a winterization or something. They were just fine. They didn't have to do anything, there was nothing wrong with the furnace. It wasn't an emergency, it was something I scheduled. He came when he said he was coming. I didn't use them again because I stuck with the guy I was using in the past. The experience was not remarkable.

Their service was great, perfect. They came out and did a good job. Quality work and great service.

It was excellent. A+. They are awesome. I've used them the past few years and very happy with them. So good, I actually signed a maintenance contract with them. They're very courteous and they answered all my questions. He was very happy to show me a couple of things and answer my questions. He was awesome!

We pay it on a payment schedule so what we are paying is $84 a month for three years. They were very quick to respond. They gave me a discount because it was technically still off-season, so I got the off-season price even though the next week was June and coming up was in-season pricing. I was very happy with that because I got it cheaper and then the payment schedule is virtually painless. They gave me the choice between getting a Carrier and a brand that is unrecognizable, but virtually the same as Carrier because Carrier makes it, so it was even cheaper than that, so I was very happy with the quality they provided even though somebody might say, "What kind of a brand is that?" They came when they told me they were going to come.

They were beautiful. They were great. They did repair something but I ended up having problems with it again. The workers, when they came out, were very professional but the quality of the work wasn’t good because I had problems with it later.

I think the price was a bit above average. The workers who came and installed were very professional. They cleaned up very nicely afterwards and were ready to answer any questions we had.

They were great! We had gotten another estimate, which they did better than and they also offered 0% interest. Give them the very best grade! They could have not been any nicer! In fact, when they installed the air conditioner, it didn?t work at first and we kept waiting for the house to cool down and it didn?t cool down. This was when the heat outside was like 93 degrees in the day and 80 degrees in the night and they came out at night and fixed it. For a guy to come out at night and fix the air conditioner and it took him a lot of work, because I guess, the guys who installed it weren?t experienced. It was kind of involved, what he had to do. It involved the furnace, the coolant that went on top of the furnace, so he had to fix all of that. I guess it is called the coil, I am not sure. It took him a while, I think he even had to go get a part, then he fixed it and left. We got air conditioning, it was wonderful! When you talk about this company, I think they are fabulous! We weren?t even mad because the original guys got it wrong, because the installers were nice people, they didn?t get the air coil right on our furnace. But, still the fact that somebody came out late at night and fixed it. We weren?t even angry, we couldn?t even be angry.

They are great. I was having an issue with HVAC and I found them on Angie’s List and I needed a new air conditioner and they were great and now they are my regular service provider. The workers are great.

They send great people, they explained everything that needed to be done and cleaned up and they left. They are my go guys, have been using them for years. They were on time, gave me a very good quote. I had gotten quotes from some other people and they were highly competitive. They did all the paper work for me to get all the rebates from the utility company as well. I would recommend them to anyone! I am extremely happy with the service! They installed, everything was working fine. The equipment stopped working and they promptly sent a technician out and he fixed everything. It was a pretty expensive, but they did not charge me a single dime. They said it was their fault.

They can work on communication a little bit and everything else was fine.

When we moved into the house, the furnace already had a sticker on it, so I just called them and they gave me good service, so I just stuck with them for years. They came on time, did the work that was expected and explained everything that needed to be done.

The split system was beyond repair and not supported by the manufacturer, so they gave us a reasonable quote for a replacement, listening to our needs and provided an option that gave us future scalability.

The appointment was very easy to set-up they came when I was off work. The technician showed up on time and went right to work. He cleaned the furnace as well as checked the AC. When he was done everything was clean and put back in it's proper place. He was very professional and polite.

Great service! Very knowledgeable and professional technician came to our house to replace old A/C and Heating units. Everything was completed quickly and works great. After shopping around I decided to go with Air Blue and they did a phenomenal job at a great price! I am a returning costumer and highly recommend them to everyone!
