We bought the Big Deal - the price was right. The service man was responsive and punctual.

Service provider was very helpful, clear and gave good insight into the quality of our furnace. Happy with the work and glad to have used this vendor.

My AC refrigerant was leaking somewhere so he added AC refrigerant seal to plug up the leak. The person said that there was a chance that the seal would not work but luckily it did work. He also added more AC refrigerant. No problems since for my AC unit.

It was alright. I don't know if they could have done better but that's the price I give them. The price was fair. I would want others to know that they will come on time.

While the deal said 21 points he informed me not all furnaces were 21 points and mine wasn't. He did maybe ten or less points inspection. When I asked him about the humidifier on the furnace, he informed me that he couldn't touch it unless I was willing to have it serviced. That cost me an additional 75.00 which was fine. However, that included him removing the cover, washing the cover and installing a filter. What I did not care for is he took the old filter out (simple) but when he came back in he did not bring the old filter back. That made me feel like he just reused my old filter and I did ask him. Just wondering!

Technician was on time and was thorough in checking out the operation of our furnace and thermostat. I know my unit is old but he did not pressure me to get a replacement. I actually asked him for his recommendation.

Pretty easy to set up an appointment with these folks. I did it almost entirely through email. I will say the first appointment was missed, but it was my fault. I didn't respond to email asking to verify the appointment time. The came out in the spring and did a checkup on my AC. There was some sort of capacitor that was outside voltage specs. They recommended replacement. I gave the "Oh Jesus, here we go, I'm getting nickeled and dimed" sigh. The tech cut the price on the capacitor a little but it was still kind of costly. I'm wasn't too bent about it. It was more that it was unexpected than the cost itself. I couldn't have been too upset because I called them back again for my furnace checkup. Same thing scheduled entirely via email. They came out, did what they said they were going to do, did it quickly, end of story. No complaints. See you next season.

Curtis was exceptional. He performed efficiently and professionally in a timely manner. Explained what he was doing and provided informative advice. The boiler is very old and is original to the house (over 100 years old) many parts have been replaced and repaired over the past 30 years. . Curtis performed the clean up per the coupon I had purchased and strongly suggested that the boiler be replaced due to the deteriorating parts. He was able to explain and suggest reasons why it would be beneficial for a replacement. I will definitely use this company again.

Curtis was on-time, extremely courteous, honest, and the perfect representative for the company. I have used a local HVAC company a few times. What I realized today is that this other company was actually taking advantage of me and being dishonest. I couldn't be more pleased with Air Blue Heating! They called me to confirm our appointment about 4 days in advance, the morning of the appointment, and the driver called about 30 minutes out. There is a reason why Air Blue is rated so high!

The Technician (Curtis) sent to perform service was outstanding. Would use again and we will use to check AC in the spring.

Bought the service contract. Technician came out earlier this year for AC service and did a very good job. I'm now trying to schedule furnace servicing before cold weather hits and it has been over two weeks without success. I requested specific dates of service and they gave me a completely different date and time without explanation. Attempts to get an explanation have been ignored. I'm getting no response to email inquiries. It's like they closed their doors. Poor, poor service.

The visit went smoothly. The young man was very nice and professional. I was a little nervous about going ahead with him putting in the new part, because he would not look me in the eye when he recommended it, but I felt he was the expert and hoped he knew what he was doing.

They did an okay job. They came out a year ago to do a tune-up. They were very competent. He did a good job. I requested that the same guy come over this time. He's a pretty nice guy. He told me I needed some freon, told me I may have a blockage and told me a new air conditioner is $3,000. So I asked him how I could go 14 years without needing freon, and now all of a sudden I have a blockage and need some freon and possibly a new system. So I went from not needing freon or a new system and then five months later, needing a pound of freon and maybe getting a new air conditioner. He was here on time and called ahead. When he came into the house, he put on booties. He's a nice guy and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, and I asked a lot of questions. He did everything he was supposed to do.

Went great. Very professional and came inside with shoe covers even though i said it was ok with his shoes. He performed his job great and answered whatever questions I had. Would come back again.
