Very well. Technician arrived when the company said he would, and he performed all services as requested. The technician did not try to "upsell" me more than what I requested. This company always does quality work for a very reasonable price. I will call on Air Blue again, without hesitation.

We kept the warranty going. Their pricing was competitive.

Installed a new furnace and thermostat with fast and friendly workers about 2 months ago. They did a wonderful job at a good price and returned when we had a question/concern about noisy airflow in one room. They fixed this on the spot and we have had no troubles since.

Called them out and used the $59 Diagnostic coupon. Technician was here ~10 minutes getting the lay of the land on the system (these guys are Carrier sellers... not a real problem, but I would make sure to call a Lennox team next time) and 10 minutes diagnosing the issue. It was a tripped safety switch for exhaust draw-back on the exhaust vent. Once the issue was "diagnosed" the technician pushed the button (the tripped switch) which corrected the issue AND increased the fee by $99 (that's right... $59 + $99)!! What?!?! After some discussion he reduced the service fee to $59, so it became $59 + $59. This is ridiculous. If you have to replace a part, (or at LEAST use a screwdriver) THEN you can charge for "service." Pushing a button doesn't cut it. How about pointing to the button and telling me to push it so that I can save $59 (or $99)? Total time on-site: 25-30 minutes (incl. paperwork). Very friendly and professional, and knew his stuff, but I cannot get past this issue. Maybe if I had a problem with my Carrier AC units, I MIGHT call them for their brand specific knowledge....

The techs are a pleasure to work with. Kind, clean and professional. Excellent value for a yearly service contract.

Found problems, explained what the problem was and options to resolve. No pressure, just very helpful to find best solution for me.

The tech opened the air duct above the furnace to inspect the coils. Afterwards he did not close it properly. I asked if this needs to be air tight/caulk etc, and was told it barely made a difference due to 30% losses in the ducts anyway. After the service that evening, I noticed that the furnace sounded louder and inspected it. It appeared that some panel was loose and it rattled. Also, the duct that was opened and not caulked was leaking massive amount of air. This was not acceptable as I am already struggling with low heating in the top bed room. I called them again, and had to insist that I am not asking for a free repair but something they caused during the tuneup. The new tech appeared a bit grumpy. He proceeded to seal the opened duct panel. When I asked him if he could seal the 3" additional panel around the corner he just caulked he flatly refused saying this was not opened by the previous tech, and it will be an extra charge. WHAT? Is this how you do business? Haven't he heard of customer satisfaction. It was trivial to caulk the additional 3" and that too right around the corner where he already caulked. This is really cheap. I am not working with these fellows again.

After receiving a call, I was told they do not service my area.

The guy came in and check my AC and said AC is low on refrigerant and it needs 5 lbs refrigerant and needs other works and gave an estimate of $1200+ to fix it. I bought this service specifically because it included the refrigerant. The service provider cleaned the coils but refused to add promised 1 lb of refrigerant. The same service that he performed is available from any number of vendors on Angies List for $69. I paid extra for the refrigerant. This feels like a bait and switch and their promise to add refrigerant is totally a fake promise.

It was easy to schedule the work. The repairman was friendly and on time. He was able to answer my questions and also explain what he was doing to my system while he worked on it. In order to decrease the amount of startup and running current required for the blower, he suggested and installed a blower assist. I will be able to tell this month if it has helped me save on the electricity bill.

I called them and they said would not clean the furnace. They said it would be an additional charge.

It went very well. The system has been performing to my expectations. I have not had one problem since! Eric, the tech we had, was great! Also, it was all done by 11:00 at night!

My AC unit was blowing insufficiently cool air, so I bought the "Big Deal" offered by Air Blue Heating & Cooling, which is described as "$107.00 for an A/C Tune-Up with Refrigerant." They scheduled the service for between 7am and 9am, and the service provided showed up at 9:30am. The service provider made numerous recommendations for repairs, which is no surprise because it is an older unit, but none of those maintenance suggestions had anything to do with the issue that led to my service call. I bought this service specifically because it included the refrigerant. The service provider cleaned the coils and stated that the unit should work properly, but refused to add new refrigerant. He stated that the unit didn't need it, and refused to replace any of the older refrigerant with new refrigerant. I don't think that the service provider did a bad job, and he was courteous, but the same service that he performed is available from any number of vendors on Angies List for $69. I paid extra for the refrigerant. This feels like a bait and switch.

The service was performed in an exceptional manner. Chris the technician was very professional. In addition to servicing the AC, he also looked at my furnace and checked for potential issues. He also checked the venting systems and duct work within the house and ended up making some minor adjustments that resulted in better air flow.

Conrad delivered an A+ presentation. Very professional, knowledgeable, capable. His presentation was enhanced by computer driven technology. I would definitely consider for future work.

This is a rental property of mine. My tenant called and scheduled the summer check up and I believe they were not on schedule and didn't notify. Then when fall came many messages were left by my tenant as well as myself to schedule a furnace check up and nobody every responded. To my knowledge the 2nd half was never performed. Would not recommend this company.

I had them come out twice for something that should have been completed the first time. My whole home humidifier was not working so when they came out in January they installed a new filter. The service/diagnosis call was $69 (usually $89) and installing a new filter ($10 if you buy yourself) was $60 AFTER a 20% discount. Then when the weather warmed up, the humidifier would not turn off and water kept running. When I asked them to come back to look at it, they charged me $89 for another service call. They claim their service calls are diagnostic which means that if they performed their duties the first time they would have noticed that the solenoid was not working properly. The second technician even said that should have been found the first time. When I called and spoke to a manager regarding being charged again he just said that the "service/diagnostics" are only good for 30 days and anything over 31 days would be a whole new charge. Then they quoted me an absurd price of $290 to install a $30 dollar solenoid which takes no longer than 15 minutes, i obviously declined. So I spent $89 the second time for then to come in for 10 minutes and give me a quote. I am typically a loyal customer but will not be using this company again.

It was fine. It cost a little bit more. They ended up charging about $600, total. They came in and said I needed more work done.

This is the 3rd time I am using Air Blue, this time for a furnace replacement. I absolutely love their customer care in the office and how they always take care of me. Great job!

They told me about a bunch of stuff that I didn't need. More or less, they charged a cheap price so they could then try to get me to spend a lot more money. The inspection was fine. They weren't the best people I've worked with but they weren't horrible.

Decent experience, the technician seemed knowledgeable. The technician found a heat exchanger problem. There were other HVAC vendors that I had quote on the heater replacement and for a comparable setup this company was a bit high. Also, red flags raised during this inspection were discounted by the other HVAC vendors who quoted the heater replacement which brings in to question the expertise of the person who did the inspection. Cost for the inspection was low but they get you on a new heater quote if you need one.

Only filling this out because the system keeps nagging me. Somebody at Angie's list should probably fix that.

He took a picture and said the office would call us in the morning to give us a quote for a new one and set up installation. We never received a call.
