John came the next day when we called him. He helped us so much He was an expert at small squirrel Remover and came everyday to check He caught 7 squirrels I would recommend him very highly.

Very responsive to initial call. Was at my house within hour. Explained to me all he would be doing. We had a slight communication disconnect during the project but John was quick to rectify and I was pleased with all work done. Liked that he broke down price for his services by each step that could be required and then only charged for work he actually had to do. I had previously gotten quotes from two large national firms. Both were extremely high flat fees which is why I turned to HomeAdvisor.com

Window of arrival was 5 to 6:30 p.m., but he arrived at 7 p.m. Worker determined that skunk that had been in garage 2 nights had not gotten into basement, but he found mouse nest in basement and his traps caught 2 mice the next day.

They don't really communicate very well. We have had skunk traps in front of our business for 9 days now and when we asked for an update, the worker who came by had no idea.
