Ace Animal Control

Initially, John was so sincere to deal with. Showed up on October 31 within the scheduled time, filled in a number of spots he thought mice were coming in, set traps around inside the lower level of my home. When he was leaving, he suggested that he come back in two days to check the traps. We agreed between 11-1. Friday came, I waited until about 2, called the number and it went directly to voicemail (which had not happened on previous calls). I left a message. When there was no response, I called again a few hours later...right to voicemail. While I was out of the house on November 6 Steve called, left a message about coming out to check the traps. I called back and got voicemail again and explained that I'd like someone to do so. Today is November 14 and I have not heard from anyone. Very, very disappointed.

Ace responds to texts. I consider this important when hiring services for my rental houses.

The initial visit went great. They set traps in the attic to catch the critters. They were suppose to come out a few days later to check the traps but no one ever showed or called. I had to call the next business day. They came out later that day and removed the traps in a timely manner. It would have been nice if there as no charge or reduced charge for the second visit due to the inconvenience of then not showing. They still did great work. I would hire them again.

Service to capture the animal was scheduled promptly. Unfortunately, the technician was late to the appointment and has not returned any of the follow up calls to error proof the area from this problem.

We had a skunk get into our basement. Ace responded that evening and within a half hour or so had the skunk trapped and removed without spraying. The man knows what he is doing and has far more nerve than I do.
