I called Crowbar and received an immediate response and had an estimate for snow removal for an out of state relative within a couple of hours, even with an impending blizzard. We have only used the service once so far but they have been professional, courteous and efficient. The price quoted was very fair. Billing and payment system is very efficient. Although the initial meeting, pricing and scheduling the repairs went ok. The first phase of the repairs were done in a timely manner. My family and I took a vacation after the inital repairs were done. The second phase involved some minor work and was not as involved as the first part. After my return from being out of town, I had placed numerous calls to the manager and had to leave messages. I had also called the main office and actually got hold of the receiptanists. She apologized and mentioned that they were very busy and that I would be receiving a call back. This never happened. I gave up.
