Leith responded within 15 minutes of my call with a promise to arrive within two hours when our a/c unit sounded like a belt had broken and metal parts were rubbing against each other. They were here within 90 minutes, identified and repaired the problem, cleaned up the work area, and charged us a very fair price for this quick and efficient service. We've had no problems since then, and plan to use LEITH for all our HVAC needs.

The maintenance plan is great, the staff here takes care of everytihng. We've used Leith for 3 different properties over the years all around the Chicago area, including rental units. Never had a problem. They are very responsive when needed in emergency or non-emergency situtations. They are quite skilled too, and will work the job until the system is fixed, replacing parts if necessary, and taking care of checking if our units are under warranty and getting replacements for free if so.

This company is amazing; within 48 hours of our call, they replaced a furnace, humidifier, and a/c system, and did so at very competitive pricing, with expertise, and in an efficient and respectful manor. They cleaned up after themselves, called to make sure we were happy and came back within a day to check another problem we hadn't addressed when the heat went out in 35-degree weather. We'll not be using anyone else for our HVAC needs in the future!

During the annual cleaning and inspection of the furnace in our recently purchased home (and planning to install a whole house humidifier on the furnace ) the tech discovered the furnace had "failed" and was likely leaking carbon monoxide (although not at levels high enough to set off CO2 detectors in the house). He also pointed out that the a/c was leaking and needed attention. With a cold, wet weekend ahead, we needed a new furnace, a/c unit and humidifier and needed the furnace asap. Brian Leith responded to our request for a quote within a half hour, offered us options on all the components at very competitive pricing, responded quickly to emailed questions, and installed all three systems in under 48 hours. How do you beat that for service?!?! We couldn't be more pleased. Very well. The A/C needed a new part. As I have formerly dealt with companies that were somewhat less than ethical, at first I was skeptical. But they took the time (a lot of time!) to explain everything to me. I appreciated it very much.
