Because there was a 1 hour minumum and my shutter repair only took about 20 minutes, the technician asked me what else he could do for me and fixed two doors that needed to be fixed. He was super courteous and capable.

I would definitely recommend them and plan on using them or other jobs. I got no response from 4 other companies referred from Home Advisor. Mr. Handyman responded right away, had convenient scheduling & pleasant workers that did a mess free job quickly. I was charged what I was quoted. They did have to come back to tweak something, but they did so quickly, free of charge, and went out of their way to make it right.

Mike arrived earlier then scheduled and the job was a bit more then anticipated but we are pleased with his workmanship.

Owner came out first to see job then wrote a quote I like dealing with a repair job in that manner. Needed specific carpentry work done in a timely manner so that brick contractors could proceed and mr handyman understood that and was able to deliver. Came back a few days later to finish remainder as discussed . Quality work done at agreed price! Would rehire .

Handyman couldn't even move. They charge by the hour and they charged me for an hour trip to the hardware store because he did not have the proper parts. Door still doesn't work properly and doesn't lock. I had several other projects that I needed quoted in the house and it took so long he didn't have time to do. They never called back to see if I was satisfied with the work.
