I have been using angies list for several years and had always been pleased . however finding the right plumber (reasonable price, reliable, on time ...) in Chicago has been a nightmare . I contacted several "A" providers in angies only to find out that they were either way too expensive, proposing very complicated technical solution (with high prices, of course !) or not reliable (i had 3 plumbers who did not show up to the appointment !!! I found Alberto thru a web site about plumber in chicago . is prices was reasonable. from the beginning he has been very reliable (always on time) , very communicative (always text message and follow well) and creative in order to found a solution to my problem without been too expensive ... I am an engineer so i liked to discuss and understand the technical solutions . Alberto explain the different options possible and we work 'as a team" in order to find the best value for money . he did the job very well, and say that he will come back free of charge if i had any problem with the job he did i am very happy to introduce him to Angie as he will bring a great value to the angies list member
