Description of Work: Replaced two moen faucet cartridges ,one was o.k.,one I had to have them come back out to replace as the first repairman did not clean out rubber gasket and it did not work properly. 2nd repairman corrected the problem and everything is o.k. now.

+ -1 moreI had stared doing the job myself. I've owned apartment buildings for years. After opening the wall, the job got too complicated for me to continue and I called for help. The Company was going to send someone over within a couple of hours, but then got too busy and no one came. We did talk afterwards and the job was re-scheduled for the next day 9-11-2015. Dave came on time, was understanding and courteous and for the next 90 minutes he did a job that would have taken me 4 to 6 hours to complete. He had to re-pipe and solder perhaps as many as 12 connections, install shut off valves and then the new shower valve itself. Each pipe connections was a masterpiece. The pipes were straight and there was not a single leak. I shook his hand afterwards and thanked the man. I learned a lot just watching him.
