HE GAVE ME A WRITTEN PROPOSAL ON 8/13/05 FOR $2500 AND HE REQUIRED A 50% DEPOSIT THAT I GAVE HIM IN THE FORM OF A CHECK ON THE SAME DAY. SINCE THAT TIME, I HAVE BEEN CALLING TO CHECK ON THE ORDER AND WAS INFORMED THAT HE HAS NEVER ORDERED THE BUSTER PUMP. HE HAS ALSO NOT BEEN RESPONDING TO ME. I FINALLY SPOKE TO HIM THE WEEK OF OCTOBER 10TH 2005. HE SAID THAT HE WAS ON VACATION AND WOULD BE BACK ON 10/15/05. I HAVE STILL NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM HIM. I HAVE CALLED NUMEROUS TIME AND STRESSED THE URGENCY OF DOING THE JOB BECAUSE MY OTHER PROJECTS AROUND THE HOUSE ARE DEPENDANT UP THE COMPLETION OF HIM INSTALLING THE BUSTER PUMP. I DID GET IN CONTACT WITH A COMPANY AND THE SECRETARY INFORMED ME THAT SHE PAGES HIM WITH ALL THE MESSAGES. SO IT APPEARS AS THOUGH HE IS SIMPLY IGNORING ME. NOW, I WOULD JUST LIKE HIM TO REFUND THE MONEY/DEPOSIT OF $1250. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 3 MONTHS AND HE HAS STILL NOT STARTED DONE THE JOB HE WAS CONTRACTED TO DO!
Description of Work: I CONTRACTED THEM FOR A THIRD JOB. THEY WERE TO BOTH ORDER AND INSTALL AND A BUSTER PUMP.

THEY CAME ON A SATURDAY AND JUST KEPT WORKING EVERY DAY UNTIL THE JOB WAS DONE!! FRIENDLY, POLITE, AND VERY NEAT!!
Description of Work: WE HIRED THEM TO DO SOME CATCH BASIN WORK AND REROUTING OF SOME DRAIN(SEWER) LINES. AS THEY WERE ATTACHING THE LINES, AND ADDING A CLEANOUT, IT BECAME VERY OBVIOUS, EVEN TO US, THAT THE WHOLE SEWER LINE OUT TO THE STREET WAS ROTTED OUT. THEY REPLACED THE WHOLE LINE AND DID IT VERY QUICKLY, CONSIDERING THE MAGNITUDE OF THE WORK AND DID IT VERY PROFESSIONALLY AND NEATLY. WE ALSO BELIEVE THAT THE PRICE, THOUGH A LOT OF MONEY, WAS VERY REASONABLE, AGAIN CONSIDERING THE MAGNITUDE OF THE WORK INVOLVED.
