Description of Work: As advertised, they checked and cleaned my furnace. They discovered a problem with my humidifier which I chose not to have fixed at this time. They arrived on time and the person was polite and competent. I would recommend this company any time and plan to use them in the future.

Description of Work: They showed up on time and were very detailed. They do provide a subscription-like service, which we declined. However, if we need anything in the future, we will be calling them again!

When he gave me the old one I couldn't tell it from the new one. I'd like to think he wasn't dishonest. He seemed professional so I trusted his judgement.

Description of Work: Jose G cleaned the boiler and emptied the water tank, as per the agreement made on the phone when appt was made. He was friendly, professional, and helpful. He took time to explain what he was doing and made suggestions about optional repairs in the future that would make future repairs more efficient.

Since we never actually talked before expiration date ( even though I had left messages to call me back, we did not connect. I've never had an experience with Groupon Amazon etc where vender will not honor coupon given this situation. I would never recommend him

Description of Work: Check up/ recommended duct cleaning, motor guard etc. freon was $220.00 for the 1st lb and 79.00 for any additional freon. All the recommendations were way over priced. The charge for freon was ridicules when the average per lb of freon is approximately $90.00!!!!

Description of Work: This company was a pleasure to work with. They were very accommodating and I was looking forward to receiving service from them. However, this refund request is coming about due to the miscommunication from another big deal purchase I had made. I just submitted a request for a refund on a big deal for an air duct cleaning service because the service provider was not honest about their services. This big deal was supplemental to the air duct cleaning. I ended up purchasing another big deal for an air duct cleaning that included a furnace cleaning as well and that is why I need to cancel this big deal as it would be redundant.

Description of Work: It was a Big Deal for $49 for a 22-Point Winter Furnace Inspection and Cleaning. It was fine. They were nice and on time.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this provider. The office was communicative, called in advance with a reminder as well as just before they came to the house. Bob, the HVAC technician was courteous, wore booties in the house (even though I said it wasn't necessary, he pointed out how he could drag in something from his work outside on the A/C unit.) He explained what he'd done, went through the things that he was checking for in properly working home heating/cooling system, and gave us an overview of anything he'd suggest yet he wasn't the least bit pushy and his suggested purchase.

Description of Work: Checked and my AC unit, freon was low and looked for leaks. Could not find the leak with a base test, were going to add freon but the fan went out while on site (unit was old so it probably couldn't hand the cleaning). Quoted a price on replacement, seemed a bit high for my standards. They did a good job, very professional, worked beyond expectation for the service I ordered.
