Description of Work: The service itself was good. The tech was professional and completed the clean and check promptly. However, even though we had already paid Angie's List for the discount, the tech insisted my husband still had to pay. When I contacted their office the following Monday, they did agree that I had already paid, but said it can take up to 30 days to get the refund. Very unprofessional.

Description of Work: Very thorough and helpful. They even noticed that I had a bad furnance install years ago from All-Temp. The cold air intake for my high efficiency system wasn't carried through to the exterior of the house (it was intaking air from the inside). Rather than pitch to fix the work themselves, they provided me with a recommended approach to request a fix from All-Temp. It worked! They also spent time cleaning my units more than any other vendor. I will definitely use these guys again.

Description of Work: The technician shut down my furnace and said that I had cracks in my heat exchanger, that it was unsafe. He did not clean the furnace as stated in his report. I had somebody else look at it and there were no cracks in the heat exchanger. I replaced a furnace that did not need replacing Rip off artists.l want my cleaning money back.

Description of Work: They were supposed to call me a day before to confirm the time but they did not. When I called them to ask why they did not call me, the call taker stated that they did but the person who answered my cell phone stated they had the wrong number. They only obtained my correct when they went onto my Angies list profile. I did not have my number on my profile. If the call taker would have told me that she forgot or that she was too busy I would have understood but don't tell something that isn't true. The person who serviced my furnace did a good job overall

The technician explained everything he was doing so I could understand better how the furnace functioned. Did such a great job that I decided to purchase a maintenance plan with them. Highly recommend!
