Anthony was thorough and explained everything. The unit was installed by One Hour Heating and we are Comfort Club members so we receive annual clean and check services at no charge. Anthony wore a mask (as did I) and shoe coverings do it was a good experience all around.

I have been a Club member of One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning for a half-dozen years. They maintained my older furnace and air conditioner with regular service during this time. Every technician has always been excellent, and I have always been impressed with the quality of their service. Most recently, I chose them to replace my 25-year old furnace and air conditioner after carefully reviewing estimates from several companies. I made my decision based on a combination of service, value, quality, and confidence. Mike came first to measure and determine what system would be best for my house. Jaren and Joe installed the equipment on the day of service. They were completely professional and explained everything about the new system. I have complete confidence in the management and employees of this company. Their work is excellent, and they do everything they can to make sure you are a satisfied customer. They receive my highest recommendation!

Since we have a maintenance contract with One-Hour Heating, they take the responsibility to reach out to schedule our annual maintenance. They set up the appointment when it was convenient for me. Our service tech, Gerald, arrived on time and reviewed with me how the system was performing and whether I had any issues. He then went to work and did a thorough check on all the components. Everything checked out ok except for a consumable item that needed replacing, which he asked for my approval beforehand. I couldn't have asked for anyone more knowledgeable, professional or friendly than Gerald.

The 3 man crew arrived on schedule and did a quick survey of the equipment and all the duct work in the house. They all wore protective covers over their shoes and laid down protective cloths on the hardwood to protect from the heavy equipment they needed to bring in. I was advised that the overall project would take about 8 hours, as they had to tightly seal all the ducts after cleaning them in order to inject the sealant material to stop the loss of heat or air conditioning from the seams and joints in the ducts. I was able to step out for a couple of hours while they worked without worry, based on past experience with the company. After they completed their work, they showed me the before and after readings of the air loss, indicating a better than 90% reduction. They cleaned up all their work and left the house as they found it. All 3 members of the crew were friendly and professional. I'm very pleased with the work.

The tech arrived on time as scheduled. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. He inquired about any issues we might be having before starting his inspection (there were no issues that I knew of). He did advise me that, since our house was over 30 years old, he could see that there could be an issue with loss of efficiency in the air ducts due to gaps and explained how it could be tested for, but without any pressure to have the service done. After completing the inspection, he provide his report that he found everything to be in good order. Because I have an annual maintenance agreement, there was no charge for the service.

FANTASTIC! Had to wait a while for service because used an Angies list deal. Appointment executed flawlessly. NO EXTRA CHARGE to service AC on room of 2 story, flat roof townhome! Was +90 temp and humidity. Tech (forgot name) was superb!!! Also used for Furnace, different tech, same experience. Exact same experience. Will be using them again. Perfect.

Furnace was working fine when they came, after first worker finished and left,the furnace started acting erracticly,i called and they sent another worker and he did nothing to fix the problem. i called a third time and so far they ignored me during the past 3 weeks. i still have their problem and i will never use them again and i will tell as many people to warn them about this company. We have been using One Hour Heating and Air for about 8 years now, and we have always had a pleasant experience. I have a very large dog and some people are intimated by him, so I always request Jimmy, my dog loves him and he loves my dog. It makes the cleaning of the heating and air go very smooth. I don't have to lock up the dog. It was and always is a very pleasant experience.
