They were very helpful and said i did not need to buy the deal because the furnace tune up was included in a previous purchase we had made with them.

They did have to cancel the original appointment and reschedule. The techinician was prompt on the rescheduled day and very nice. He did find a few problems that may require replacement and will be providing me with an estimate.

Aside from the exceptional deal on Angie's List for $29 for complete furnace check up and maintenance, everyone I was in contact with was extremely responsive, professional and courteous. They were able to schedule an appt for me within a couple weeks and they were proactive about following up with me to confirm the appt and to call 30 minutes before arriving. Jason arrived on time for my appt and he was very friendly and professional. I was impressed by how much knowledge he had about the heating and cooling industry that is in. Not only did he service my furnace, he was more than happy to educate me about my furnace and how I could make my heating more efficient. I shared that some rooms were colder than others and he was eager to help me figure out the problem by looking at the vents, dampers, etc. Jason told me that he is in the industry of helping customers feel comfortable, not just servicing the furnace. I've had other companies maintain my furnace in the past and they are in and out - just doing the minimum. Jason really made an effort to provide a full service. I was very impressed with the company from beginning to end, especially Jason's quality of work.

We had to wait a few weeks for an appointment - but, they called to confirm the day before and the morning of our appointment as they said they would do. Someone was home, but somehow, we missed the "knock at the door" - they left a message to call and reschedule. I returned the call immediately and Mike returned less than 1 hour later. He was professional in diagnosing the problem and cleaned up the area. They had to order parts, so we're waiting - but Mike was able to get the furnace working a bit in the meantime.

Jim was on time, courteous, and answered all questions. Found a mouse in the electrical box part of the a/c Glad he took a look at that too, even though summer is over.

When I called to make the purchase the call went very well. I asked them about a previous Big Deal that they offered that I was unable to purchase. They said they would honor the reduced price so I needed to call Angie's List and get a refund for this Big Deal.

I bought a promotional furnace inspection even though my furnace was working properly. They came out, checked the furnace and sent me a generic checklist via email saying everything was ok. I never spoke to anyone personally. Would recommend they call customers to discuss inspection and place a sticker or evaluation on the furnace itself to indicate it had been inspected on a certain date and that everything was working. This is peace of mind for the customer and for any future owners. Would not buy this promotional item again, didn't really help/fix anything and didn't get any value out of it.

The technician, Mike Jones, was extremely thorough performing the services I purchased. He was patient, meticulous and great at explaining what he was doing and the care and maintenance I should plan for going forward. He explained in detail One Hour's membership benefits and provided sound recommendations that would improve the operation of my furnace as well as the quality of the air in my home. I appreciate he did not pressure me to act on his recommendations on the spot allowing me to the time I need to consider and research my options. Mike is a very personable young man and I am very happy with the work he performed.

The service seemed to go well, and they do an excellent job giving an overview of issues with the furnace. My service ended up with $60 additional charge. So the initial $53 charge for a furnace cleaning turned out to be $113. Somehow, a piece of stale bread got into the furnace system. The tech said it was probably from some animal that had left it in the furnace exhaust area. The bread was stopping our furnace from turning on and working properly. This was the first furnace cleaning we have done with 1 hour. We had them do our AC cleaning last spring. I don't know how long the bread was in the furnace, but I was surprised that it got there and curious how long it has been there for.

It went Excellent. He cleaned parts that were not cleaned in 14 years. He was very professional., neat and thorough.

Jose Gallardo, the technician, was very professional and suggested we have other items checked. They will be repairing the prior owners installation of the humidifier. The call center was very timely.

Seemed very focused on seeling me a very expesive package/maintainance plan. He also oversold my problems telling me I needed to do a whole lot very expensive cleaning. Two cleanings later, neither provider reccomended the same expensive services.

Rose scheduled the service call and added notes for the service provider. Jose G. arrived on time for the annual furnace cleaning. I am enrolled in the service plan for heating and AC service and pay a monthly fee for that which also includes discounts on additional service. Jose was very professional and thorough. He explained what he was going to do including a repair for the humidifier drain. Jose cleaned the furnace and serviced the humidifier unit. He saw that the PVC drain line on the humidifier was pitched incorrectly, and he fixed that. The humidifier pad was replaced and line was cleaned. Also, Jose put mothballs in the outside AC unit which had been recommended by Rick last spring. This was done to ward off critters, such as mice. I have used One Hour semi-annually since the 1990s, plus they have made repairs as needed. I am very happy with their service.
