One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

I think it went well, but of course have no way of knowing because I understand about 0% when it comes to heating and air condition. Company is professional and responsive. Pirce seemed reasonable, but again have no idea.

It went well. The ONLY issue I had is the tech left an 8" in diameter car oil stain in my concrete driveway and I've tried getting stain out with paint thinner, gasoline, and muriatic acid and so far stain is lighter but still there:( This I didn't like at all!

James Dillon, the tech was very professional and knowledgeable. I was certain there would be pressure to do more work at additional cost but there was none of that. He provided his findings both verbally and then with a complete report that was emailed to us shortly after the business. Because of this they will be our go to furnace vendor in the future.

Unable to do in the time frame that I needed it done.

We were very pleased with the service provided. We had used them in the summer to service our A/C and I would highly recommend them. They walked us through all the service that was performed and also let us know of issues that might come up in the near future with our furnace and where we could purchase the part if need be. We were also emailed an invoice which also showed everything they performed and the work they recommend in the future. Very happy with the service.

Technician was friendly, professional and thorough. Prices offered for follow-up service were high, but not unreasonable.

Jose arrived promptly and was very friendly and thorough in his explanation of what he was doing and why. He completed the work quickly and cleaned up the area where he worked before leaving. Two weeks later, the day before leaving for an extended trip out of state, I had an energy audit done on my home through another Angie's List provider. They checked my furnace for efficiency and suggested having my furnace cleaned because the CO levels were too high. I contacted Jose directly that day, hoping he could get out and remedy the cleaning issue without involving his boss in a formal complaint and before I had to leave town. Jose suggested contacting the company directly when I returned and to ask to have a technician check his work. I did that today and was told by the receptionist that it would could $109 for a service call because it had been two months since the original service call. The manager I spoke with, Carl, said he didn't know what CO levels are but a technician would come out and take a look at the furnace but it would cost an additional $109 for the service call. Apparently this company doesn't believe in doing things right the first time. I won't be using them again, and can't recommend their services no matter how friendly their technicians are.

Jimmy D inspected and cleaned my furnace. He was very friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions while servicing the furnace. He did a thorough job and even recommended that I get my ducts cleaned since the furnace and ducts have a lot of dust from construction after the house was remodeled. He also relieved my concern regarding a gas leak. I was noticing some lingering gas smell by the furnace but he confirmed that there was no leak from the pipes and the most likely cause was the little bit of gas left behind after the furnace shuts off.

I guess they performed the service fine. They said the compressor was no good and I needed a new unit. They did a fine job of diagnosing the problem I'm assuming. They were very diligently trying to figure out the problem. Would I use them again? Maybe, I'm not sure.

Furnace is operating optimally. The service man arrived on time, and wore footies in my home. He proceeded working immediately, and very thoroughly, proceeded to check all the wires and parts. He discovered the grommets needed to be replaced. He did not force me to replace them, but let me decide, and explained the high price. I agreed to the price. The service man was professional, very knowledgeable and a fast worker. he was courteous.

Jose did a great job, and was very nice. He went above and beyond to be sure we understood what he was doing, and what needed to be done. He did not try to push things on us that we didn't need or want, but let us know what was available for the future. This service was part of a "Big Deal" on Angie's List. If you use them ask for Jose G. he is a nice guy, and he knows what he is doing.

Got the $29 big deal for furnace cleaning. The provider came on time and was very professional. He made a recommendation for a part replacement. I trusted his recommendation but knew it was rather expensive based on my knowledge of that part. I would still consider this provided as being able to provide quality work but keeping in mind you may have to spend a little more.

Our heating unit wasn't working in the morning. Called One Hour Heating and sure enough within one hour the tech Jimmy D. arrived. He was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Address the problem right away. He explained everything he was doing. Also gave us some good recommendations. We certainly will use One Hour in the future and if we every need any repairs will ask for Jimmy D. again!!..Great Job!!!!

Great service from Andy, the furnace tune-up took about an hour. Went through a thorough checklist and showed me pictures of areas that need attention. I didn't purchase any additional repairs or their club membership, but will consider them. Andy was very nice and went through the items we should consider without being pushy. A "B" for punctuality only because no one called ahead as they told me they would.

Bought a $29 deal for furnance inspection. The Tech "Jose" was very nice and professional to talk, knew his stuff. Mentioned all the services they offered (which I may take) but he did not try to presure sell his companies services. Will use them again for A/C tune up

They weren't able to schedule it as quickly as I needed, and they wouldn't apply it to a service call so I decided to get a refund.

A little pricey but worth it. The serviceman made sure that everything is working as expected before he left. Fixes comes on a price bracket that includes labor and material.

We were given notice when the furnace technician was coming and he was on time. He was very professional and did a great job. When he was through he went through his check list with us on his IPad and then I signed off and he sent me an email receipt. The process was very high tech.
