Rose was a great communicator and provided all the details and follow up. I was initially not happy with how far out my appointment was scheduled but since it wasn't an emergency and such a cheap offering I rolled with it. Nevertheless, Mike showed up on the day of the appointment on time. I even received a courtesy call that he was on his way. He worked on my furnace for about 2 hours and provided updates and steps he was taking. After the cleaning the furnace started and works as good as new. This was a great deal!!! I was very satisfied with the service Mike provided. He was very thorough and professional.

It was good. I actually wasn't there at the time. It was my wife that was there. As far as I know everything went well. It runs really smoothly now. We're happy with the service. The big deal covered everything. They recommended that we get a quote on replacing the unit. They did come back and do that. We are still trying to decide if we want to move forward with that. My wife was the one who met with the technician but we were satisfied with that visit as well. It's possible that we will use them again.

The technician that came to my home seemed like a nice enough guy. The problem I had was that he basically looked at my furnace and told me that everything was old and "he couldn't tell me when the furnace was going to quit one me." It seemed like every single part was either "too old or dirty" for him to clean without having to replace it or schedule a separate cleaning. Because of this visit I had another heating company that we've used in the past come to inspect the furnace a few days later for a second opinion. That provider told me that yes, my furnace was older, but in no way was it not functioning and even some of the things that the One Hour Technician told me were "just about to go" were normal traits of things that were older, but still functioning. Also, my furnace was still under warranty he told me. He said in no way could he, under good conscience, sell me anything for me furnace that day. I had asked the One Hour technician to give me an estimate on replacing certain parts and was disappointed in their pricing schedule. They go by category of part rather than just the price of the part plus labor. One other extremely disappointing part of this service call was when I asked the One Hour technician to schedule a visit to tell me what a new furnace was going to cost (since everything seemingly was "about to go bad." He would not schedule an estimate until my husband could also be present. Are you kidding me? This was 2014. A woman cannot be allowed to get an estimate on something in her own home without her husband being present? How ridiculous and insulting. I obviously cancelled the estimate call. We will not be using this company in the future. We feel the Angie's List deal was used to lure customers with a cleaning and inspection and then to scare us into spending money on things that aren't actually problems or broken in the first place.

Scheduling was fine and they were very easy to deal with. They completed the job in about two hours. Overall, everything went fine.

It was very bad. They shut off the heating unit and said it needed to be replaced immediately. They tried to sell me a new one. I had another company come out and said it was old but it was ok to keep working for a while. I used it for one more winter.

Pleased with the service- Frank was good to work with. He informed me after each cleaning as to what was working and what potentially needed repair. Very straightforward and professional throughout.

They Came out and ran their routine maintenance. While in the process they identified a potential crack and advised a second opinion to look at ti more closely. They came out again to take a look at the potential crack more closely and decided there was no crack, just some rust and advised us to monitor the situation and reinspect in 8-12 months.

The service was great! I did a $29 Big Deal and I was a bit afraid that they were going to try to up-sell me because my furnace is over 30 years old and I'm sure it needed some work. But he just did the cleaning and inspection and left me with some things that will need attention in the future, along with some pricing options for ongoing service with their "club." I'm very pleased and I would have them back in a heartbeat!

Nate was able to get Jason, the repairman, out within an hour or so after my initial call. We were watching two young children so it was imperative the heat be restored as quickly as possible. Jason was professional, polite, personable, and efficient. Couldn't be happier. A+ company.

Went great. Our serviceman, Mike, came out and did a very thorough, professional job. We have a 30 year old furnace so I already knew it was nearing the end of its useful life. Mike walked me through everything, showing me the condition and where it was starting to show excessive wear. It was actually in better shape than i expected. I was really surprised how much work he put into it considering it was a $29 deal. The only negative was how long it took to schedule the appointment. All in all, a great experience and I would definitely use these guys again.

Learned a lot from this gentleman, who presented the information in a manner easy to understand. I was so impressed that I signed up for their service plan.

It went well, only problem we had to wait 4 days for the part to come in. One Hour did not have any extra on their trucks so we had to wait the weekend without heat. Once installed, everything worked well. The other advantage, we purchased the extra warranty contract which paid up to $500, so the difference came out to be $157.00. Huge savings.
