12-18-24. Great service work by Dave and Mike (?). Friendly professional guys. Knowledgeable of repairs needed. Installed new faucet in main bathroom; power-rodded slow water drain in bathtub; replaced pvc P-trap and angle stops piping underneath bathroom sink that was corroded and leaking. Neat and tidy cleanup afterwards. Average pricing. Great job! Will use this service company again.

The guys who helped us havenâ t been gone for even 5 minutes and I had to come on here to write a review for outstanding work, professionalism, and courtesy. Our water heater has been down for two weeks because of a ventilation obstruction and we have had three different companies come out who were unable to troubleshot or fix it. David, Matt, and Elias were very kind, willing to help and were able to fix the problem immediately. We are so grateful and are extremely satisfied with our experience. If you are ever in need of a fantastic sewer/drain/plumbing company, you should absolutely contact Flo-Maxx!! As a first time homeowner, I unexpectedly walked into a laundry list of issues. After having one company tell me I was a low priority, Flo-Maxx came to my rescue and from the first phone call they were a joy to work with. Every job they worked on they were prompt, communicative, courteous and honest. They put up with my 10,000 questions and always treated me with respect (rather than just as an unknowledgeable girl). They are not the cheapest option out there, but they are far more reasonable than the bigger/impersonal companies. Add to it that they truly take pride in their work, with Flo-Maxx you happily get more than what you pay for. Due to the number of issues this old house had I probably know Joe and his team better than I know my neighbors. Boss Man Joe, Martin, Kevin, Hassan, Mario, Elias, Felix, David and Luis were all a delight to work with. It didn't matter if it was sunny/60, thunderstorms, or snowing; weekday or weekend, they always showed up with a great attitude and ready to help. Special props to Martha too for being the gate keeper of it all and answering my many phone calls. Long story short, I will hands-down always recommend Flo-Maxx Sewer and Drain. Martin Ferrusquia was professional. Listened and addressed my concerns. They we quick to work and solve the problem . They left the house clean! He even let me see the drain through the camera so my mind was at ease. Spectacular communication . Wonderful customer service !!!

This company was very prompted with communication and time of arrival. They simplified the details to me. The work they did was worth my money. I was dealing with a sewage back up late night searching for help. They contact me immediately. As a First home owner, it is difficult to trust people, but this company i highly recommend.

Good but very expensive.

Recently, I had a sewage pump failure. One major quality for me is professionalism from the phone staff and technicians. Fortunately, both were above my expectations. They were attentive to my needs and concerns, Martin, the technician that performed the replacement of the pump was professional and expeditious during the job. Lastly, Martin was informative and patient to answers all my questions. I highly recommend this company.

My experience with Flo-Maxx was excellent from beginning to end. They are very professional and communicate very well. This was my first time having a plumbing issue as a new homeowner and I was very unsettled and a little anxious initially but they calmed all my fears and did a great job!

Everyone from the estimator, office staff to the technicians doing the work were professional, friendly and knowledgeable about performing the necessary repairs. Comment from the village building inspector "This was an excellent job". Would definitely hire Flo-Maxx again.

Kevin came out and did a great job. We needed a sump pump replacement, new cover, and requested he rod the sewer. Kevin was professional, courteous, hard working, and on time. Communication was great and the price quoted was the price I paid. That's a fair deal. I recommend Flo-Maxx and Kevin!
