Flo-Max cleaned my Catch Basin and performed rodding on my basement sinks. I never had my Catch Basin cleaned before and it was in BAD shape. My technicians David and Martin explained every step of the process to me, ran a camera throughout my underground sewer pipe system and I was able to see firsthand what needed to be done. They were pleasant and professional in performing the work, and left by property in good condition when they were done. David also provided me with suggestions on general maintenance of my Catch Basin going forward. I couldn't have asked for a more professional crew to perform this type of work, and will definitely use them again for ALL my plumbing needs. Thanks David and Martin and Flo-Max!

Dave was very professional and informative. Very honest also. Before rodding sewer, he recommended that he run a camera through the sewer to see if it needed rodding and it did not. He saved us money and provided a copy of the sewer recording. Highly recommended.

I was very pleased withJoe From Flomax my laundry tub was backed up it would not go down it's been like almost 2 weeks and I couldn't find anybody to come out but when I called flo Max they were willing to come out the next day very polite very kind very understanding the first day they spent over three hours trying to unclog my laundry tub they went through my sink in the kitchen because I found out them 2 are connected and they worked so hard and they needed to go through the roof to get through the drain on the roof I did not want them going up there because Tuesday was thundering and lightning so they came back the next day and spent over three hours again finally getting it unclogged I was so thankful that I didn't have to spend thousands of dollars they were very nice they didn't even charge me for the first day they charge me for what they did the second day which I thought was very reasonable so yes I would recommend Joe from Flomax amazing thank you You Have me doing my laundry once again I am a Happy me person

Knowledgeable, providing fast service to video evidence of a bad sewerage blockage which was the city's responsibility to fix. Reasonably priced and a pleasure to do business with.

Our service tech was Joe. We had the ejector pump in our basement replaced. Joe was very friendly and took time to explain exactly what was needed. He took time to answer our questions and explain the warranty. He cleaned the pit area and left the work area immaculate. We would highly recommend this company and definitely Joe. He's one of a kind.

The technicians showed on time. I probably asked a dozen questions about our sewer and drain systems. The technicians patiently answered all my questions. And when I did not understand really technical stuff, they explained it in a different way until I got it. Then I left them to work, asking them to call me on my cell when it came time to do the camera inspection. Another Great learning session. The work was done professionally, and (our main drains rodded, and a clogged rear floor drain is draining beautifully). Our condo board will definitely go on a routine maintenance plan with this company.
