The other companies was unable to unclug the drain. They unclugged my drain with no problem. They were fantastic. Definately the best.

I had tos schedule a estimate appointment first. Once we agreed on first identifying problem why sewer is baked up then I scheduled date to begin work. Team worked me in answering my questions throughout the videoing and determining where the blockage was located. They were good at cleaning up work area and also removed sewage in grease trap and backup valve basin. They have their own truck to remove sewage and their own video equipment. I will be scheduling additional work after the winter breaks to complete the remaining tasks.

Flo-Maxx Showed up at the time advised, Recognized the problem and the details of the sewage system almost immediately. Recommended proper procedure to fix the problem and returned later that day. In my case, it was hydro jetting the main line. When they were done, they walked me through my pipes with the camera. Flo-Maxx returned the next day to jet through one more time to eliminate some bigger roots. They recommended and sold me an agent that would maintain my drain system. Overall, the problem was solved and maintained. I initially contacted the first company that showed up on Google, big mistake. Mr. Rooter came out, assessed my system and suggested digging up a portion of my system, and returned a half hour later with an outrageous price of nearly $3000. Had I gone through with it my problem still wouldn't have been solved.
