Mike, the service tech was absolutely the best. He was polite, through and knowledgeable. He found the problem to be a leaking booster pump after testing the sump pump. The booster pump was installed less than a year ago by the sprinkler company and they were called to make repairs or replace. The service charge was all I had to pay. Believe me I was having nightmares about the cost of a new sump pump and back-up battery. I know who to call if I need any other sewer or drain service.

Home advisor's system was easy to used and worked as promised. We had 3 vendors contacting us within minutes and we were able to compare their offers. The plumber that eventually we hired provided excellent sevice in a very professional manner.

The young man who did the work, Kevin, was very good, prompt, and efficient. He did an excellent job of constantly communicating what the problem was and what the status was with the project. The cost was excellent, as well. The only drawback was with the office, as it took almost 20 minutes to get the payment through to them. Not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things, but it did leave Kevin standing around waiting for the office.

Kevin called to let me know he was on his way in keeping with the scheduled time. He wore shoe cover-ups to keep my home clean. He reviewed both toilets ( up & downstairs) and analyzed the flush issue. He then told me what he would do to alleviate the problem. He snaked the upper toilet and got it working like new. He was very careful not to let the snake drop any waste water in my home. I am pleased with the service and provider.

The plumber was very knowledgeable. He even offered very good advice! He did not try to get me to buy an expensive part that I believe other plumbers may have tried to get me to buy.

The service was amazing. Kevin, the plumber was very professional from the moment when he stepped into my place. He put on shoe covers, which is always appreciated and shows a sense of respect. From the point he starting working on the drain, it was clear that he was committed to resolving the problem. Kevin asked Tom, who appeared to be his apprentice to go to the car for additional equipment and cleaning materials. Kevin walked Tom through everything he was doing and why. Kevin kept me inform throughout the process. Tom did a great job of cleaning up after the work was done. I would recommend Flo Maxx to anyone with a plumbing problem. Flor-Maxx called right after I finished answering my questions for plumbing help. They called to tell us they were on their way the next morning, 15 minutes before the appt. time. Arrived exactly on time at 8am and the sump pump was replaced and done in no time. Cleaned up after with no mess. I highly recommend Flo-Maxx, Kevin our installer and Home-Advisor. A job well done.

Mike and Joe showed up they were very nice and professional kept me informed throughout the process walked me through what was going on I am very please with their work. I highly recommend this company great work.

If I could give them 6 stars ... I would. Kevin was extremely knowledgable and professional. He answered all my questions. He checked my other plumb because I asked for advise. The pricing was absolutely the best. Charged $200 less than other quotes received . The service was fast and professional.

They were prompt and had the parts with them when they arrived. They quoted me a price and said they could do the work right away. It cost less than I had estimated. The new sump pump is so quiet I can not even hear it. Mike explained how everything worked before he finished. I could not be more pleased with this company.

I had received an estimate from another plumbing firm but wanted a 2nd. opinion before I committed to the major expense for the job they said I needed. So I went on HomeAdvisor.com and selected Flo Maxx because i received an immediate call from Laura in their office. She was very polite and knowledgeable . I made an appointment for the next day. Kevin came and kept me informed all along the way. He worked very hard and was able to open the sewer line and remove all the tree roots . When he was done He used the camera to show me that my sewer was not broken and was clear all the way to the main City sewer. I am so happy that I called Flo Maxx because the first plumbing company told me that they had to dig up the sewer and the cost would be $3,000 to $5,000.! Kevin and Flo Maxx saved me a lot of $$$$.

Flo Maxx responded immediately. They showed up, quickly assessed the situation, gave me a quote and got the job done without making a mess. Mike was extremely courteous, explained everything he was doing and what I should look out for in the future. The contractor sent by my warranty company was unable to complete the job, but Flo Maxx did.
