Tommy was very personable, honest & fair. I would definitely call this company again.

We had our building main sewer line clogged such that water and human waste were ending up in the basement. I first called "Morning, Noon and Night Plumbing" as over the phone they sounded somewthat cheaper. But when crew of 3 people from this company showed up, it turned out that they would not do what we agreed on over the phone and that the actual cost will be at least twice of the quoted price without any guarantee of their job. They have been send back home. I immediately called Flo-Maxx and they came couple of hours later the same day and unclogged and cleaned the sewer line by hydrojetting as well as cleaned the catch basin. They also used camera to show me that the line was clean and guaranteed their work for 6 month. Nice people. Nice job. Completely satisfied. Next time I would call Flo-Maxx, but not "Morning, Noon and Night Plumbing".

pricey, but they did a great job !

After calling four other plumbing companies who came out and either didn't understand my plumbing, didn't have the equipment or suggested that gallons of water pouring into my sump pump system (and out into my lawn) was normal, it was refreshing to have Kevin from Flo-Maxx show up exactly on time, identify the issues (sewer line was backed up, causing leaking into pit from various sources) and have the equipment ready to go to fix things. After rodding my sewer line from two separate points in the system and a camera inspection to make sure everything looked good, I was all set.

The company is very professional. The technician arrived within the specified time. He told me exactly what he would do to solve my problem. I would recommend them and use their services again. The job was done just like he stated.

Their technicians, Kevin and Geno, came out to replace an ejector pump in my crawl space. Before doing any work, their inspected everything to make sure that this necessary. Kevin even made a video of the pump area and the rest of the pipes in the crawl space. They installed the new pump but also informed me of a connection that leaks do to a clog and age. This repair job was not pushed but given to me for my knowledge. If and when I do decide to replace it, FLO-MAXX will be doing it.

Flow Maxx exceeded my expectations! They responded quickly and fix my main sewer line in the same day. Joe was outstanding ! He will now be my only plumber. He was a polite and knowledgeable professional who stuck to the job at hand. I was so impressed my his strong work ethic. If you ever need someone you can count on, call Flo Maxx and ask for Joe.

They replaced the old pipes from the sump pump and kitchen drain, through the concrete wall, into the clay pipe outside. Everything is new and up to code. I would use them again, and recommend them.

Ceased was great! Took the time to explain the problem to me and some potential fixes so that I could do them on my own without him having to charge me!!! Great experience and will definitely use them for any future service!
