Service was exceptional. Arrived on time to provide estimate and completed job the same day. Explained and showed with running hose, how the sewer line works. Will hire, Mr. Epps, for al future Condo and personal plumbing projects.

Entered the request on a Sunday afternoon, not expecting call backs until Monday. Cliff called Sunday evening and offered his estimate. Cliff was on time and replaced the sump pump in a very timely fashion. He also unclogged a toilet in my downstairs bathroom . He was efficient and quick. He completed the project in 1 hour. I thought that the price was very fair also.

Over the years I have used various companies when I needed the sewer main rodded because of tree roots. I have this done as preventative maintenance. Finding a plumber to do a small job is not easy. Cliff was professional and reasonably priced.

I had an ejector pump replacement for the overhead waste removal system in my basement. Service was timely, efficient and well done. The plumber and assistant were workman like and reliable and cleaned the work site when the job was completed. After the initial pump was installed an unanticipated problem occurred requiring the installation of another pump which the plumber provided at no charge. The plumber talked me through each detail of the job as it was performed which helped me to understand why the initial pump gave out, why a new one was required and what to expect with the quality and longevity of the new pump.

Plumber arrived on time and was determined to solve a rather difficult problem. He went above and beyond and was very personable and professional. He quoted a price well below others and fixed the problem. I was satisfied enough that I asked him about a Val-park figure for project costs in my home and fully intend to use him again in the near future.

Cliff was on time, professional and courteous. Rodding my sewer main line was quite a task, however he was able to clear the blockage. I would definitely use this company again for future plumbing repair/replacements. Pricing was also reasonable.

Cliff did a good job was on time and provided the equipment and installation as promised. I will not know how good the installation is until the next major rain storm hits Chicago and my power goes out and the battery back up system kicks in. So time will tell. Cliff does give a one year warranty on the installation work.
