Cliff is very personable and professional. He promptly responded to my initial requests and a 6 month guarantee comes with the service. Job was more involved than initially thought and he had no problem working through it until the job was completed. After the initial fix, some adjusting was needed to make sure shelving and equipment could fit as the original. After some scheduling, he came back and took care of it to meet high standards. Also, did a great job of cleaning up afterwards! Would definitely reach out to Cliff again if needed and passed his info along to family and friends.

Wow , what can I say? Cliff was great. He arrived as scheduled, identified himself and then put on his foot coverings. He walked me through the job step by step and showed me exactly what he was doing. He cleaned up after the work was completed. He was very, very professional and has a great personality.
