Cliff is a very pleasant person to deal with. He cleared the tub drain, then went out to buy a new cap to replace the one that broke during removal. He could not find the exact same kind, but did come back and secure a replacement. He told us if we wanted an exact replacement, he would return. A day or so later my husband found an exact replacement and as promised Cliff returned and with an appropriate tool, made the replacement. Now it looks good again and the tub drains very well.

They listened when I explained the problem. They checked out my existing ejector pump to confirm it was the problem, not an electrical problem. They then replaced the pump quickly using a high quality brand. They did all of this at a reasonable price.

Although the problem persists, the flooding in the basement, the person was very professional and explained that I may have more than one problem. I requested that he complete whatever task for me to be able to use my washer again. The flooding is not as bad and the sewage smell/debris is no longer coming from the over flow. I truly believe the next task will discover the resolution to my plumbing issues. I plan to contact him in Feb 2011 to do the next project. The project needed another rodding out and the water has subsided & the debri no longer comes into my home for severals days now. I still need preventive work done.

Outstanding Service! Cliff responded within 10 minutes to my ServiceMagic search. During the phone call, I scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me. Cliff and Alonzo arrived promptly. Because Cliff had arrived in his work truck, he was able to give me an estimate and make the repair to the sump pump during that visit. Also during that visit, Cliff noticed that a previous plumber had installed a faucet handle incorrectly and asked if he could correct it (at no charge). Due to the professionalism, I hired Cliff for another job for the very next day (sewer rodding). Once again prompt and professional. Great Job!
