Cliff was very responsive to our situation. It was a busy time for plumbers as we'd just had some really heavy rains and I know a lot of people were dealing with flooding issues. While our situation wasn't an emergency (broken sump pump) it did need to be addressed before the next storm. Cliff fit us into his schedule, had the parts on his truck and took care of the situation within 24 hours of being contacted.

Cliff was extremely pleasant and nice. He was very flexible about scheduling a time to look at the drain outside our back door that hasn't been draining well during rainstorms and has backed up in the past, forcing water into the house. Cliff discussed various flood prevention options but what I appreciated most was his idea to try rodding out the drain first since it had not been done in 20 years. No one has ever suggested this simple fix and I appreciated that he was able to do it on the spot. The drain is working much better now and if I need to install a flood control system, I will hire Drain Pros.

Very nice and clean work. Originally thought it was a sump pump but the technician that came in explained it was a septic tank and the motor was out. There was no pressure to repair. I chose to delay the project for a few months. Then I called back, the tech recognized me and the conversion I had with him and came over and did the job. He was very friendly and explained thing along the way. I was also able to negotiate a slightly lower cost. I will definitely hire them again.

Drain Pros communication was very well. They are an on time company, the price was right. They fixed the problem and I even hired them for other projects that were completed within a one day phone. This is a good company to hired and would recommend them to anyone.
