PROBLEM FIXED!!! Tim & Tim Jr with Drainmasters did an amazing job! They showed up as planned, stuck to their quote and got the job done in a timely fashion even though our plumbing nightmare turned into a much bigger project than expected! When they jackhammered up the concrete in basement to get down to damaged pipes, they saw how badly the cast iron pipes under the concrete had deteriorated. At first we were thinking entire basement concrete had to be jack hammered up or plumbing had to be rerouted but these guys came up with a better solution that didn’t cost as much as we thought it was going to. They called in another company to install 2 plumbing sleeves (pretty cool process) under the concrete so they could tie in their PVC pipe to the final septic line going outside. They were very professional & cared about us & what we were going through! I will use these guys on all my future plumbing needs! Thank you HomeAdvisor for recommending Drainmasters!

Got here when they said they would. Charged me what they quoted me. Fixed what I needed and explained what was the cause and how to avoid future problems. And, were very friendly. Great experience!

I received 7 quotes, 3 via phone and 4 in-person including Drainmaster for the installation of a hot water heater. Drainmaster was hired. The total cost paid was more than the stated quoted price due to the work of replacing 2 additional water pipes. Tim Fox Sr and Jr did a good job, cleaned up after themselves and took/removed the old water heater when they left.

Tim and the crew repaired a hot water line in a slab. Very hard to get to but they finished fast and can t even tell where the floor was broken up. Excellent people and honest which is not easy to find. Definitely recommend for anything plumbing!

Had a clog in the main sewer line. They came next day and did a great job.

This was a very difficult job. Install a new sump pit, drain tiles and pump in an existing crawl space. Crawl space entrance would not allow for a standard pit... until Tim Fox said we have done this before. We cut the tub in half and reassemble it in the crawl. Water gone, quiet pump and delighted.

I hired Drain Masters for them to install a new water heater and remove an old one. I got three quotes and they were in the middle. What I liked was that the quote was what I paid. Twice I ve been hit with additional costs when hiring contractors on things they should have seen initially. They did excellent work and will hire them again when plumbing needs arise.

Great fast reliable service. Tim came out next day. Very friendly and professional. Very detailed while doing his job also noticing other issus that I need to address with my home. With Christmas around the corner and my family and I not expecting these extra costs he offered very competitive rates. Will definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Replaced lead pipe supply with copper from the city main. Prompt on coming out for estimate very knowledgeable about the process including permits an inspections. Received quote the next day and I chose them. They set a date and showed up on time finished the job in their window. Cleaned up afterward as specified in quote. We satisfied with their promptness, pro attitude to job, friendliness and cleanliness I will definitely go to them in the future for plumbing issues

Tim was prompt and reasonable. We needed two shut-off valves changed on our main water line that were showing signs of corrosion. He called the Village for us to handle the water shut-off/on and conducted the work discussed. He was diligent, knowledgeable and punctual. We look forward to hiring him in the future and recommend him 100%!

Overall, working with Tim from the beginning to the end was just outstanding. Tim was always prompt in responding to texts or emails, which was one of the reasons why we hired him. He also was straight forward in estimating the job, whereas others we had contacted via HomeAdvisor were not. When they finished the job, the invoice matched exactly what the quote said. Tim and Tim did a fantastic job in replacing our hot water heater. A text from Tim before the job summed it up well. The gentlemen who came to service my drain were, professional, knowledgeable, clean and helpful in other matters. They were the first to call and arrived in the time frame given. Gave a free estimate with no pressure. Work was completed in a timely manner. I was very satisfied and will have them back for future plumbing issues.

Both Tims were very professional, prompt and thorough. They gave me a detailed estimate beforehand, and the price was quite fair. The water heater they replaced was in a small, confined area that provided challenges, but they completed the job admirably. I would use them again, and I would gladly recommend them to others.
