The work was satisfactory and the price was fair.

Extensive electrical work completed in an old home. All work required to meet local codes was explained by a qualified electrician before starting the job. A very difficult job that separated wires in the ceiling home boxes and redistributed the service to new circuit breakers. I will use this service again. Thanks to Malek and to one special electrician Peter.

Malek Heating installed baseboard heaters to the basement and bedroom to our 1924 bungalow. They completed it in a timely manner and cleaned up after everything was completed. Will use their services in the future.

I would give this company 5 stars if it wasn't for their lack of communication. I believe that the service of a company is based off two things: the quality of communication and the quality of performance. The technicians that came to my home did a fantastic job with the projects. I had two heavy duty projects that needed to get done and they did superb. However, they lacked communication. The projects were originally suppose to be done in 2 days. Unfortunately, it rained overnight the first day and they could not continue their work the following day. I did not find this out until I called the company. The contact person I had was amazing but I did not like the fact that I had to wait hours to see if anyone showed up and then had to call my contact person for her to call the technicians and then call me back with an answer. I thought that was ridiculous. The technicians should have been responsible enough to contact me directly and inform me whether or not they were going to show up to my house or not and not have me wait hours to see if they were coming at all. Like I said, overall the quality of work was fantastic. But they lacked communication with me and as professionals they should have reached out to me and inform me of their next steps.

The gentleman, Ziggy, who came was very nice. We chatted and he provided some tips and help info about my home. I am very happy with the service and work.

Very prompt, polite, and cleaned up thoroughly after work was completed. Repaired my wiring on electrical outlet and provided new covers when some of the paint was affected (which was unavoidable) when removing the old cover. Will call again if I need another electrical project.
