Gregg did my installation and he was both knowledgeable and helpful. He installed my water heater with a minimum of fuss. I will specifically ask for him on any other needed services in the future and recommend Mas to friends and family. RI

Tony did what I expected of him and was knowledgeable and courteous.

Eric showed up when expected and was very knowledgeable and even left to get a special tool so I didn’t have to fully shutoff the water supply to my house. He fixed our problem in a timely manner and we are very pleased with the results.

Tony was a professional. He tried to troubleshoot to avoid having to open the wall and did a clean job of cutting out drywall to get to the leak.

I could not be more pleased with Mas plumbing. On time, priced right, and they knew exactly what they were doing. And No bs. I am 81 years old and this is the first time I had to hire some one to do what I have done my self for many years. The tech was so helpfull...and the office gets an A+ in commnication. These guys are great!!!!

We discussed the problem I was having before they ever came to the house. I felt like the pre-conversation saved time on site. Plus, they were able to come much earlier in the day before the appointment scheduled which actually worked out better for me.

The tech Tony was very nice and knowledgeable! But all he had to do was plug something up, in which I didn’t realize, n his company charge me 100 n he was there less than 3 minutes!

Greg,was very thorough, friendly, and efficient. He took off the old faucets and replaced with new - kitchen and bathroom. Noticed that my turn off valves were leaking in the bathroom so he also replaced those. After he left, no mess to clean up. Delightful!

Hired for an easy washer replacement job...only to end up with rattling water pipes! I was told that possible dirt may have gotten into my piping during washer replacement. I've spoken to people in charge only to get promises for worker to come out to correct the problem...weeks later nothing!
