They were very accommodating and we're able to schedule me the day I called so that I would not be without hot water. Since I was unable to accompany them down the stairs due to a very bad knee the installer took pi turns so that I could see the installation. Everything was left in order and it all works well. Most happy with my choice. Price was very fair. Would definitely hire again.
