This is not a fair test of their plumbing. Fixing the problem required major wall removals which I am not willing to do and keep the same bathroom. Any large action is going to have a domino affect. I am keeping my problem and will eventually get the bathroom remodeled.

Informative and thorough in servicing my need for a new water heater. MAS sent a technician to help me shut off the water and gas to the unit because the install would be scheduled for a later date. The tech also assessed additional items required to meet current code. On the day of install, the technician was on time and well prepared to install the additional items. After install, I had a small leak (from an older connection), MAS came back the same day for that repair. I will use MAS again.

MAS called me at 8:15pm on a Sunday night and Joe was at my house by 8:00am Monday morning! He was personable and knowledgeable, finished the work in a timely manner and was very conscious about a thorough clean up! I would highly recommend this plumber!
