MAS was very prompt, in fact they identified an opportunity to complete the job a day earlier than scheduled. They not only made sure I understood the scope and cost, but the technician showed me what he was doing, and explained how he believed the problem occured. He also walked through future considerations and what to look out for. He was very quick and thorough. Very pleased

Over the phone they had very friendly and prompt customer service and kept me up to date with eta's. Joe, who came to the house to do work, was also friendly and professional. He was honest and gave estimates before starting any work. Although we did not fully resolve my problem today, I know when to call Joe back when we're ready and he got our toilet in working order quickly.
