This company does superb work but it is in the expensive side of the equation.

MAS responded quickly and came out to identify the problem. Edward offered several options for a replacement sump pump. Edward did a very good job installing the new sump pump and alarm (forgot to install batteries). The price for the work was a little more expensive because of the higher quality sump pump and excellent quality work. I would use MAS plumbing again if necessary.

Edward the plumber was on time , he was very courteous , and professional , he explained the problem and what had to be done to fix it and it was done immediately .

Received a call in the morning and set up an appointment. They kept me informed throughout the day. Edward arrived and examined the project. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done. He was friendly and I felt very comfortable asking him questions. He checked to make sure everything worked. I will call MAS for any plumbing project and definitely ask for Edward.

Would recommend MAS Plumbing Inc. First off, I was contacted same day I logged a request into their website. Second, when we scheduled the time and that time came, they were going to reschedule due to all the emergencies, when I told them I took off work to meet with the plumber and that I had a pipe in the house that busted from the weather, they sent someone out in the scheduled time so I was not inconvenienced. Third, Eric arrived, he was very professional, friendly, did not talk to me (a female) like I was an idiot. Eric did a fantastic job, we are very pleased with his work ethic and skills.

The person did a very good job. He was polite, gave me good advice, was personable, and did a very thorough job. He tested everything and made sure to show me that it worked. I thought the cost for the amount of work done was a very good value.

They were very friendly and helpful when asked for information without pressure to use their company. An estimate based on phone description of the problem was given and was adhered to after the work was completed. They were very quick and efficient when setting up an appointment, were punctual and I received same day service. Joe was the service man dealt with who had a tough job clearing a back to back toilet clog but was tenacious and got the job done. Care was taken to keep the work site clean and to clean up afterwards. Not having to deal with a plumbing problem is the best solution but if a problem does exist this was a great company to deal with.
