Very Professional, handled the claim with the insurance company, had a total roof replacement and new gutters, did a great job and was done in two days for the roof and one day for the gutters, both look great and are very happy with the end results.

They worked fast. I switched my vent type and they were right on it to accommodate my needs. If there was an issue they addressed it immediately. They were very clean. The owner is a great guy. I would definately use them again.

I contacted TTLC last year to get an estimate on my roof and siding because of some storm damage that I had! Jordan came by to do an inspection and to be honest I was a bit apprehensive just because Iâ ve had multiple companies come by and promise they would get my roof and siding covered by the insurance and none of them came through for me. So after having Jordan do his inspection they contacted my insurance company and they met with them here to have them also take a look. Of course the Insurance gave us a hard time and dragged their feet but TTLC stayed on top of them and finally got them to pay for a new roof, siding, gutters etc. Yas also got involved and made sure I received the quality of product and color my wife and I wanted. He followed up with me on a regular basis and kept me informed about the whole process. In such a competitive space few thing that matters is commitment, communication, and follow through. Yas and his team check all boxes. I will definitely recommend them to all my neighbors, friends, and family. Thanks again house looks great and you guys were great!

The February winds blew some of the older shingles off my roof! Bare wood from the roof was exposed to the winter weather. Great experience from start to finish. Todd Wambsgans and his team provided a prompt inspection after we had some shingles fall off during bad storm. His team promptly and professionally helped manage all claims with my insurance and were very patient as it took many months and many inspections. In the end the TTLC team replaced my roof and were professional in their installation and cleaning up after they finished, would recommend to others.

High winds in Illinois ripped my roofing and sidings off my house. Terry of TTLC contacted my insurance and he worked diligently with them to get me approved. I didn't have to do anything. He also worked with my HOA to get my colors approved. What really stood out to me was the patience Terry had with me and how he was constantly updating me on what to expect . I recommend TTLC to anyone looking for work to be done on their house and would use them again and again. I am so happy with the way my house is looking now.

I give them a 4 for the roof and a 2 for their business practices which equates to a 3. They try to take all of your depreciation proceeds in addition to the cost of the work performed which I never agreed to give them.

The best company ever, hire them..easy to work with, and they do excellent job.

Todd was great to work with and the work was all A+. Clean up and it looked like they were never here. Would hire them for future jobs! There price was very reasonable, especially compared to the other companies.

Davin (815) 630-1780 was very helpful with dealing with our insurance company. It is stressful having to deal with insurance companies but he made it a stress free process while being easy to talk to. Davin spoke with our insurance company so that we did not have to. He is an approachable person that is helpful and will answer any question that you might have. He helped us pick a color/design that we are very happy with. I spoke to many other companies but Davin at TTLC was the guy that actually listened to what I wanted done. He was always available whenever I had a question. If you are looking for someone, heâ s your guy!

The team at TTLC is excellent!!! I would highly recommend using them for your siding, roof and/or gutter needs. They handled the insurance claim from start to finish with very limited interaction on my end. My contact representative, Terry, was always available to answer any and all questions. He assisted with the coordination of picking out the color scheme we desired and matched it to our vision for some extra trim pieces we included in our project. Terry made us feel like he had our best interests in mind and made us feel comfortable with the process the whole way through. The project managers, Austin and Rueben, coordinated the roof replacement and siding installation according to our schedule and checked up on their crews while the repairs were being performed. You can totally see that they care about you as a customer and they also have a commitment to their team members, The crews that came to the house were courteous, friendly and professional. They seemed to have this cohesive attention to detail. They work as if they are sychronized every step of the way. They cleaned up well at the end of the job which is always a big plus. You cannot go wrong using TTLC for your home, they simply won't let anything go unfinished until your truly satisified. The process was surprisingly quick. I would recommend TTLC Inc. And I would absolutely work with Jordan Rhodes again. The team that came to conduct the work were also professional, safe and efficient. They completed the job safely and a head of schedule. The team also had good housekeeping practices by cleaning as they go and left the area the same as they found it.
