 + -1 moreI had a previous plumber become unresponsive and I called Jeff. He promptly called me, and kept in touch about when he could do the job. I described the conditions of the bath (stripped) and what needed to be done. He gave me an estimate on the phone for cost, and then when he thought he could do it. The first date was not firm and he called to reschedule promptly. His crew showed up on time and did excellent and professional work. I have been an engineer for 35 years, and have a high standard for quality work. It was difficult job. These guys did top quality work. They were tidy and careful about incidental damage (none). I would highly recommend them based on this experience and will have them back again.
Description of Work: The guys installed a new tub and roughed in the plumbing for the shower as the first step in a bath renovation.

Description of Work: Called and asked for an estimate on dishwasher install. Plumber came and proceeded to install dishwasher. When asked if he was willing to install a garbage disposal he agreed with no hesitation. process turned out to be quite lengthy including some new pipes having to be installed. While working lumber recieved a call regarding a serious family emergency. Rather than leave the plumber stayed to make sure the drain system was at least connected enough for me to use the sink. I later found out his dad had suffered a heart attack and passed away. A replacement guy came within a half hour and finished the job. This is a great company...professional and courteous willing to make the customer happy and make sure the job is done right the first time. Highly reccommended!

He was really helpful, explained everything to us in terms we could understand, fixed the problem, and answered all of our questions. We will definitely use this company again in the future for any plumbing problems.
Description of Work: Brian came to our home to investigate water that was seeping up underneath the carpet outside the bathroom door. Discovered a major plumbing issue behind the shower that required a complete remodel of the bathroom; the plumbing was fixed and we did the remodel ourselves.

 + -1 moreWe installed a new toilet downstairs after the old one was ripped out due to a remodel in November. For a few months, we noticed a slight sewage smell from time to time and it never went away. Concerned, we called PHP. I left a message on Sunday, and the plumber was there on Monday afternoon. It turned out to be a simple fix; caulk the new toilet around the bottom. Who knew? We were charged the minimum price: for a service call only. He caulked the toilet for us, checked everything else out, and assured us it wasn't something more serious. It was worth the money for us to have a peace of mind, and we noticed a difference immediately.

 + -1 moreWe hadn't been able to figure out how to configure a drain from our old single sink to a new double sink, with out cutting off a drawer for the pipe to pass to the other bowl. He instantly knew how to do it, and did it when he came out to give us the estimate. His price was also under his estimate.

 + -1 moreOverall a great experience. He listened to what I had told him I had done and made sure that there where no blocks that I missed. He had to remove some drywall to access the pipe in the basement and showed me where someone could go in if needed in the future. Once he powered augered the drain and rerodded the drain it worked perfectly!
Description of Work: Kitchen sink would only drain when garbage disposal was turned on, this happened on Saturday. Called Monday morning at 8 am and the serviceman was here by noon. They called ahead of time and didn't give me a window of time, very prompt. I appreciate that. Had to cut into drywall to access pipe and did so without too much damage. Listended to what I had told him and explained what I had done and where I thought the blockage was. He had to power auger out to the main and sink is draining better than it ever has. Explained to me what he was going to do and why. Gave a great explanation and was very personable and reasonable. Would use again if, hopefully not, plumbing problem arises again.

 + -1 moreCalled on Saturday to have someone come out on Monday morning. Shana told me that they would call b4 they come. Jeff called at 8:00 & asked if I would be home & he would come by first thing. He came & checked things out & confirmed that we did need to replace the sump pump. Andy came out around 1:30 & was gone by 3:30, with replacing the pump. Both Andy & Jeff were courteous & respectful. The project was completed in a timely manner at a reasonable price. They both asked if I had any questions & made sure that everything was answered & checked & double checked that the work was done correctly. We will DEFINITELY use them again!
Description of Work: Had to have sump pump replaced.
