A rep arrived as scheduled, took dimensions and we discussed our ideas. We chose options from photos in a notebook and their web site, and selected colors from about 25 color chips. In 4 or 5 days we received plans, elevations and perspectives in .pdf files by email. We made some minor revisions and got a second set of drawings the next day with a quote. The competitors provided hand made drawings and were about 10% higher in price. We signed an agreement, gave a 50% deposit and scheduled an approximate installation date. The materials arrived about 10 days later and the job was completed between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. We paid the balance due. 2 weeks later we requested an installer to change a double hang section into a long hanging section and the works was done a couple of days later with no additional cost. The floors and shelving were all cleaned by the installers following the work.
Description of Work: We had a master closet and home office installed. Closet Furnishings provided excellent AutoCAD drawings of the installation, delivered all materials precut with minimal mess at our home and completed in one day. They completely cleaned up afterwards and we were able to put our clothes away that evening.
