Installers were very professional. They cleaned up behind themselves and completed laying two rooms of hardwood flooring in two days and the carpet installers laid two rooms of carpet within 3-4 hours. They all did an outstanding job.

Prompt, friendly, top notch material & installation but overpriced.

Service and Sales teams were prompt and very professional. Carpet installation on time, and the installer was very polite and wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Love the look of my room.

They came, they sold, they came, they installed.

I took a day off from work so they could install the carpet dduring the week. When they came out to install the carpet, they were 15 feet short on the amount of carpet that they brought. They brought out the additional carpet the next day. This meant that I had to take a second day off of work. The installation was good except for one small bare spot. I feel that I should be compensated for my additional day that I had to take off from work. I also need the bare spot fixed.

Wish to would of counseled me on Floor kitchen and laundry room products that were more water resistant than laminate flooring

The sales rep was extremely informative, and the contractors that did the installation were great guys, everyone that I dealt with was super friendly and laid back. They handled issues in a timely manner without complaint. I'm very happy with the product and service.

The initial visit was prompt and pleasant. The installation was prompt and very pleasant. The installers were very courteous and considerate to my elderly father during the process. I would definitely consider using then again.

This company did not follow through with the arrangement we agreed upon before the work. Rather than pay 50% of total prior to work, I was required to pay in full before work began. My steps are still not finished. It has been over 4 weeks. When I called I was told that it would be taken care of immediately. After four weeks of frustration, I called again and I was told that the special order had been placed that day!! My steps are still incomplete going into the 6th week. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company ever.

My experience with Empire was great, this is the second time I have used them. They are wonderful to work with, the quality of the carpet is top notch. They moved the heavy furniture in and out and were great, and they were really conscientious about cleaning up afterwards. I recommend them highly!

On time. Did everything as promised.

I have been waiting 10 days for someone to install wood laminate. Even after spending an hour with the salesperson they brought a different floor!! Now I have waited another 10 days for them to come and install my flooring. They were supposed to be here at 8am this morning and they are not here yet and it's 1:20. I would not recommend Empire for a thing!! Erf A

Overall excellent experience.

Flooring appears to be a great product & installers did an excellent job laying the floor. They could use a little help with the fitting of the quarter round so that corners are squared correctly, but all & all did good job. The price was more than would be considered average, but since they put it down in one day that helps make up for the price.

They were prompt, quick & did an excellent job. We weren't thrilled with the color of the quarter round that was installed along the baseboard, but we can paint it. They could improve the quality of finishing the edges on the quarter round to fit. The floor itself is excellent. Thank you
