Empires installers contacted me when they were coming and touched base with me during the process. They worked quickly and the flooring is beautiful.

Put $1000.00 down had an install date, confirmed the install date and the day of install a no show, no customer service call and later we found out they had no installers for our area, bur did they tell us, H*** NO! We broke down beds, furniture, things moved to the porch deck and vehicles waiting for that carpet. No show no apology what so ever! They are unreliable!

Workmen did good job on flooring but didn't return big furniture to rooms, didn't carry away trash, didn't clean up sawdust, and didn't leave a sample of vinyl as promised.

They missed four appointments. Came one day without an appointment. The crew when they finally showed up didn t speak English. Didn t want to put the trim back up. Wouldn t set the toilet back in place. I just hope they do better work for anyone else that hires them. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Iâ m hard work most of the time I use work a lot of hr that probably all day are I was hopeful I would find someone with worming heart could comfort me but donâ t have that kind of luck but hopefully I would get lucky sometime

Empire stands by there product installation. They replaced our entire floor and it is a much better installation.

Beautiful laminate floors in my large family room, laundry/mud room, and short hall. Two installers worked very hard — were very commited to a speedy finish.

They were on time. They were thorough. 'Good contractors.

Did not arrive on 1st schedule install due to product back order, arrived on time on 2nd install date. Completed work, appeared professionally done, asked for approval for all steps that needed some adaption. I would use them again when I need flooring.

The sales rep and the installers were super friendly and worked with my schedule.

I had to call and request a DIFFERENT sales rep. The first one just didnt do it for me! The second rep they sent out was AMAZING!! She even got me a cheaper quote than the first one tried to sell me!! It pays to ask for what you want and not be pressured. I love the company!! Love their customer service! and love their business etiquette, but some of the reps need better training!

The salesperson was very helpful. They completed the work in one day and did an excellent job. I surely would use them again.

There is no communication between the sales people and the installers. I paid for furniture moving, and the installers said they only move 3 pieces of furniture, and were completely shocked that the sales people told me they'd remove a Murphy bed I have in a spare bedroom. Now I have two bedrooms with new carpet and a third that can't be completed. Very disappointed.
