very poor customer service

Empire did a good job on my floor. I am very satisfied with the out come. The men were 30 minutes late but I can over look that because they were done before I had to go to work. They were neat and they put my furniture back in place. great job

We have your Empire to redo our entire living room and hallway the floors looked great for the 1st week and then began to buckle called because they we're starting to come up they said it was water damage underneath my computer and my entertainment center insisted that we put water on it even though though the floor was supposed to be waterproof which we had no water on the floor had a 3rd party inspector come out and they refused to call with the results after 3 years would never ever recommend this company after numerous calls emails and even reports they still refused to come and fix it because they know their products to faulty

Courteous and hard working, but I could tell the workmanship was decreased as time passed.

They will cancel when they arrive and cancel day of. It took two weeks before install and numerous phone calls to the company before installation

Even though the install wasn't done right, they came back till I was satisfied.

The install was done well and the carpet looked and felt great. They came a day later than originally scheduled and only compensated $100, so that wasn't great. Installers were pleasant and efficient.

Our installers were very polite and respectful. They stayed until the job was completed and it was a big job. They will be coming back to do the kitchen and dining room once that remodel is done. Can't wait!

At the initial appointment the sales man measured wrong. So the installers had to come back another day. Which was an inconvenience since my husband and I both rearranged our schedules for that day to install plus we had a 8 month olds schedule to consider also. The actual installers were wonderful! Carpet looks and feels great!

installers cut my back door alarm wire. since it was too difficult to replace i had to have an entirely new system installed. lots of scuffs on the newly painted baseboards from installing the carpet. Laminate looks good. carpet so so.

The installation job was done very well, the only problem was dealing with the last payment. It took 3 wks. of dealing with their customer service dept. to finally get things squared away. Finally after a call to the salesman who sold me the flooring, he got the problem taken care of.

It looked nice at first but now after 2 weeks the laminate is already starting to buckle, the installer cut my alarm system wire to the back door, there are foot marks and scuffs on my freshly painted baseboards. I've had to install a whole new alarm system at cost to me. I complained to Empire Today twice and no one has gotten back to me.

they dont know how to measure carpet for starters. got next day installation took off work to have them do it(cost me 250 in loss pay). they call in morning say our team will be at your house between this time. nope they were late. came into my house took one measurement and then said sorry we dont have enough to do your stuff. then left. i call their customer service to see what went wrong. ask to speak to manager they wouldnt put one on for me. had to re scheduled the installation for another day which made me have to cancel my other contractor doing work that day. by the time they got done installing it it was late they asked if every thing was ok said it looked nice had me sign a peice of paper as soon as i handed it back to them they were gone like a fart in the wind. apon further involved inspection i noticed where they had smashed drywall hit some corners on the walls causing it to rip the drywall tape and my freshly painted walls in spots. left carpet fragments all over the place. but other then that it does look good.

They were prompt. The price was the lowest. That made me happy

Great value! In-home estimate was easy and efficient and the turnaround time on the job was very fast. Got the same carpeting that the Sears salesman tried to sell me (during a two-hour estimate) for half the price!
