I should have taken more offers before them, so I am unsure how the pricing has. They did not call us to confirm that they were coming out to install. We did not get a break down of the costs. The sales lady was pushy, did not offer a lot of options, and when I had called to confirm the appointment, she seemed to not care since she already had our money. The installers, Eclipse, were great though. They were very hard workers and did a great job. I would definitely hire them again, but never would I go back or recommend Empire.

They did a really great job. There was a problem with the install of the flooring and they came out very next day to correct it. I am loving my new floors and I am recommending them to all my friends and family.
