Installers did not show up with enough material to finish the job. They reschedule to come back and finish in a week but the additional material was never ordered. So when the day to finish arrived they did not have the material. So another two days went by before they could finish. Seems to be a lack of coordination with the sales estimate to the installers to the people who order the material. The material news to be ordered from California so they have no stock locally.

Worst company ever! 1st install they brought the wrong color carpet, 2nd attempt, they came on a Saturday instead of the following Monday... 3rd attempt they did not have enough carpet and had to come back and re-do.. it's been less than 4 weeks and there are already seams that are coming apart. I will call another company to have them fixed.

The finish work was not good. Installation of the baseboard was pathetic.

I went with empire because they do tile and carpet and they come with samples, and have financing, one stop shopping basically. Carpet is decent. However, once they sell you, that's about all the coordination you get. Decent value but it proves you get what you pay for

Empire tried to install 8 ft baseboards in a huge house which would have looked horrible. They fixed that issue; however, they they caused damage to my newly painted walls and did not fix anything. I was promised painted baseboards and they did not complete it as promised. They removed all of the door stoppers and did not replace them or at least leave the existing ones I had. Several items were left at my residence to include trash from their employees (food and drinks). Empire promised a completion date which was one of the reasons I elected to use their company. I wanted my floors completed prior to moving into my residence but that did not happen. My kids had to wear shoes at all times while in the house due to having exposed strips of nails on my stairs. I was told the issue would be fixed the following day. I waited at my house for them and no one called me or showed up. I called several times and no one knew what was going on. I do not like being lied to or being ignored. Due to their lack of communication within their company and failure to address issues in a timely manner I would not use their services or recommend them to anyone that expects high quality work and clear communication. To this day no one from Empire has returned any of my calls, this is very unprofessional.
