Installers did not come on time, two hours late. Then they had to validate that we paid Empire, which took an hour. The estimate of work was totally wrong, we were supposed to get a floating floor but the installers said they could not do that So they instead did a complete teardown of the existing floor and removed all the old tiles. The quarter round was included in the price of the materials but was never installed because we did not get a raised (floating) floor. So I think I was overcharged for the materials which were not used. I spoke to a number of persons at Empire about such issues without any resolution to my satisfaction. Besides all the problems encountered we do like the floor and it nice looking.

The salesman told us they could just go over the existing floor. When the installers came, they said No way and explained why. So we paid $2500 more to have it done correctly. The installers were fantastic! The salesman, not so much.

Was not happy with original color I chose and was able to change color without price increase

Installers tore my couch in two spots. Empire refuses to work with me on getting my couch repaired and refused to respond to phone calls/ emails

Carpet and installation were fine but salesman was misinformed about carpeting around stairway spindles and caused us to alter our plan which resulted in a less than ideal outcome.

Pricing change 3 times.

After getting a fantastic installer, we could not be more pleased with the successful completion with a difficult basement floor. It is stunning!

showed up a tad early (but not inconveniently so) worked fast, left usable scraps AND found something valuable in one of the rooms and made sure I knew about it will definitely use them again. the sales rep was great too - no pressure, worked with me to get value for my budget, sang the tv jingle with me in harmony - friently and professional start to finish

The sales rep was awesome. The scheduling service and installers could use polishing.

A little pricey, but good quality and good customer service. The installers were really informative and helpful.

I hired Luna/Empire May '21 Initial contact was great, the salesperson came out acted like she knew what she was talking about - she submitted the wrong carpet color and the rest was downhill. Different installers came out about 10 times because they never had all material needed to do job; therefore flooring was never installed and the last 3 visits were by same installer who brought a child with him, what company does that? (the child may have been 4 or 5yrs old) - I was very patient. After over 5 months, floors were still were not installed and I just had enough. I tried very hard to work with Luna, but it seemed nobody cared, even when I reported tech whit child - I cannot count how many calls I made to Luna during this ordeal with no resolution.

Great job - floors were in the next week without any issues

Make sure to ask if the price is not going to raise after the initial quote, also they reschedule due to the fact that the material wasnâ t available, ask prior to schedule a date or it will be push

Contractors actually did the installing.

Easy process, fair price, quick installation

They didn't want to install the carpet I already have - they wanted to sell me carpet and then install it.

We are very happy with our new laminate flooring. The installers from empire were very professional. They got the project done within the promised time frame and cleaned up during and hauled away all of the materials that had to be torn up.

The project was a hot mess. The sales process was normal, we looked at samples and decided to to move forward with installation. We paid a substantial down payment of over $4,000. When the installer arrived and looked over the current floor he could not go forward because some areas were not level. I notified the sales Rep and asked her to refund my down payment. I have contacted Customer Service at Empire twice to get the status of my refund with no response to my requests. Now, two weeks since Empire cancelled the installation, they have not refunded my money. This has not been a positive experience.
