POOR AFTER THE JOB CLEAN UP. FINAL PART OF THE JOB WAS POST PONED TWICE BEFORE DONE. THE CHANGING APPOINTMENTS WAS DONE BY EMPIRE. THE FIRST ONE WAS DONE WITHOUT ME EVEN KNOWING.

Quality of work was good. One problem I have had is with the payment arraignments that were set up through Empire. I am still trying to find out what my bill is going to be and if there is going to be a service charge. I have made several calls with no resolution.

Very easy process having sales person come to your home with samples. We purchased carpet and had it installed all within 4 days. Installers were on time, did a nice job and price was fair. I would definitely use them again.

Got my entire townhouse floors redone. Scheduled to start just a few days after my in home estimate. Was told the work would be done over 3 days, didn't communicate that no one would be working the second day. Laminate crew came in with 3 guys, tore out all the tile and carpet for 1st floor. Did good job with floors and cleaning up dust as best they could. Unfortunately one of them peed in the old toilet that was in my garage being replaced that day and we did not realize until my dad and I went to move it for garbage pickup that evening that there was urine in it. Gross. Two days later, two men came for the stairs and 2nd floor carpet install. I had a box step around a whirlpool tub in my bedroom that they didn't want to finish and asked if someone could come back the next day. Since it was already after 6pm I agreed. However they left exposed nails showing which was unsafe for my dog and me. Then when the next guy came in and saw the amount of work being done he had to spend time on the phone arguing his pay with Empire before he could accept & begin the job. He was embarrassed though I totally understood and think it's ridiculous that he should have been put in that situation. After everything was done, my floors and carpet look great and the work was done very quickly and professionally, at about the same price as several other places quoted me in much less time.

The installers were very efficient and timely.

They were here on time and finished when they said they would be and the carpet looks great. Great job all around from sales to installation.

They were in and out in 4 hours with removal of old wood floor in 3 rooms and installation of new wood floor. Great job and my peace of mind.

I got hardwood flooring in my home, what I don't like my flooring look like laminate floor. To me the quality of there floor are not a that good.
