Terrific team that swooped in and completed our entire upstairs in record time. My son was visiting and he happens to be in the business of home restoration and was really impressed with their work.

Installer broke one of my shelves and tried saying it was already broken. Also my freshly painted walls and trim were damaged.

They have been slow to respond and have not solved problems created along the way. I was told that I needed more flooring and then was told later that I didn't need them.

This is the second time we have used Luna...and we will have a third project for them soon. Joe Junkel and his team were very attentive to our needs and followed up to make sure that things were handled appropriately.

Flexible and quick, good job on most of the install although the corner of one stair looks a little rough. But as usual, the sales guy promises install of two products on one day in a serial fashion and the separate hard surface and carpet teams know nothing about each other and try to come at the same time.

We had a very bad expeience .Never knew when and what time they were coming .Never could talk talk to the same person twice to find what they were coming.Waiting all day .I don't let stranger in our house at night to do work .I felt they worked all day and they coming to house at tired out and not doing a goodjob.We had a had time cancel the order they wouldn't take no for an answer. We argue with them for hours to get this whole thing cancelled still waiting for refund.We will go with word of mouth and friends

Install done timely.

Overall good quality of wood flooring with reasonable prices. However, the quarter rounds and trim was not matched to the wood color of my base boards. After several attempts and weeks gone by, the issue still is not resolved. Customer service was fine, but installers did not properly address the situation.

A bit pricey for what you are getting. Flooring quality is ok. Customer service and ease of purchase excellent.

They were very quick to come in and work with me, as well as fast to complete the project. Gave me a lot of options for discounts and payment plans to make it affordable.

do not use these people. the salesman lied, they cancelled the original installation AFTER they didn't show up. the installers came in quoting extras before they started the work...I saved $500 on a $6000 floating floor. Never got to confront the salesman because the phone number he gave went directly to a generic message. it wasn't worth the aggravation.

The only negative thing I have to say is that in my multiple experiences with Empire, they are unreliable in following through if you change things. Any time I have had to reschedule an appointment, in-home estimate, or install, they claim to note the information in their system, and still show up on the original time or date. Other than that, I was pleased with the quality of the carpet and the install.

These guys, are very professional, work fast, and cleanup everything. Would very,very much recommend Empire and the guys. Thelma R.
