Since I could not communicate with them, I ended up calling the phone company the next day to fix telephone and television wires, they pulled out. Never explained the upkeep of floors. They were very messy and left wood and garbage on front lawn.

Installers were great. They were on time, very professional, worked very quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and polite.

I was not impressed or happy with the salesperson and told you so in a previous survey. He seemed to only care about making the sale and did not know the installation process. Only wanted to make a sale.

Only reason I used them was we didn’t have enough time. They could install next day but I would have chosen another if I wasn’t so rushed.

The service was great, they arrived as scheduled and the completed work is just what we wanted.

I had a very very bad experience

We had this work done a few years ago to change the master flooring from carpet to laminate so my dad could use a wheelchair. The guys did a really nice job with installation. The trim we initially picked didn't quite match so they went to their facility and got different ones for us.

Went very smoothly would recomend

I have used Empire before for carpet installation. The company advertises sales but never comes through. The work is satisfactory. They clean up after its done. The carpet does not pull from the wall when vacuuming.

Quality of carpeting looks really nice. Installation was outstanding and the price was very agreeable. Highly recommended.

I was informed that additional work would have to be done to level my floor and your company stated that 6 bags of leveling material would be needed and that it would be an additional 500 dollar. Upon arriving and speaking to the worker, I found out that 6 bags of leveler was not used and that the parts that they stated needed leveling was very minuscule. This was certainly a deceptive move on your company's part.

The installers were great. Made sure the hardwoods were installed perfectly, they were careful in the house, and cleaned up outside when finished--didn't even know any cutting was done, it was cleaned so nice.
