Friendly, professional and great quality for a affordable price

Installers were professional and floors look good! Empire was easy to work with and didn’t complicate the process with too many samples. They also were quick to solve a small issue that arose so that the installers could keep working. (Be sure the person who comes for the sales estimate knows about the subfloor/plywood under vinyl or you could be looking at added expense on day of install.)

Marketing was a pleasant experience, after all we ended up choosing this company. I could give it 5 stars if the vinyl floor installation included the subfloor, but it didn't which consequently makes it uncomfortable because of the slab concrete underneath.

Quality product and installers. Customer service might be too busy to get back to you.

Gave me an estimate one day, next day they installed it. How can you beat that?

Was good, love the floors, but built the overhang on top stair of staircase too long, so first step down is too short, it's not in code. Other than that, all is fine.

I would definitely shop around. Salesman was too aggressive for my tastes.

The installer was very good and helpful.

The contractors did great work and I received a great product, but the contractors come when they want to. They were scheduled for 3 different dates and were no call no show. I had to keep calling the company to try to figure out what date they were rescheduled for.

Quality of work was very good. Installers seemed very skilled ( laminate flooring & carpet installation)

They were diligent in their work and were very polite.

Hard sell and the flooring is substandard for what I paid. Installer was the only positive.

The flooring guys were quick & professional.

They did a wonderful job! They moved all of the furniture, took up the old carpet, put down the carpet pad, installed new carpet, and cleaned up after themselves. It looks beautiful, and we are very happy.

Were very pro moved. Before job took pics of furniture placement removed furniture did job cleaned up and replaced items as they were. Same in kitchen. I didn't have to lift a finger.
