Wood flooring was of high quality and was installed very professionally - 3 rooms in 2 days. We had a communications problem that delayed the start 1 day.

I am very pleased with the work done. The pricing was a little more than I had expected but I would recommend them.

The installers were hard workers and very thorough. I would recommend Empire services again. They worked and finished by the targeted date.

They did a good enough job

They needed to better clean up. We are happy with the job they did though.

Great installers and sales person. Only hitch is that they didn't schedule enough time for the job and had to do the final parts in bits and pieces.

Scheduling was easy and the sales person came in on time with samples that were similar to my taste. He did a great job on educating me about new carpets and was knowledgeable. The installation was also very professional

Three times I had to contact them and then they never fixed the creaking noise and then charged me $350 extra over the contract price to fix the same.

They were ok. Guys installing the floors tried to cut corners.

Had my entire first floor done in one day including tearing up the old floor. Great quality work and cost. Great value.

Installers were very professional and did good work. The customer service was great - following through when we made a change in the quarter round color after installation.

I was considering either hardwood or carpeting to replace my very old upstairs carpeting (~1,000 sq. ft.). Since the premium carpeting we preferred was within a couple grand of hardwood, I decided to go with pre-finished hardwood. The next week it was installed in 2 days by a group sub-contracted by Empire. That group did an excellent job and the floor is beautiful and expertly installed. My wife and I simply sat downstairs and answered any questions that arose.

Took three sets of installers. Two of which merely stalled and left. They were unwilling to do the job or claimed to come with wrong tools. One day job took 4 days before done. Customer service was dreadful. Run away from these guys and their “deals”.

Installers did a great job. Empire customer service was very helpful in providing a refund for the take up that was not needed. I appreciate the installers being up front and honest. At the end of the day the take up of the existing vinyl would have been a costly endeavor.

Terrible, not professional, advertised deals are not accurately conveyed - bait and switch, felt trapped into getting carpeting I did not want for a price much higher than competitors. I initially called them to have hardwood floors put in.

Empire did a great job of installing both carpeting and LVP flooring throughout our home - I would highly recommend them - the key to success is the installers you get, I was fortunate and had great installers both times. I
