The install went very well. However, they did not install the correct transition from the laminate floor to the laundry (tile) floor. There is a gap under the transition and it does not even touch the tile floor. Also, it was only installed with glue and due to it being a heavy traffic area from the garage it came up. I am only giving 3 stars due to customer service because we have made repeated calls to get this resolved and so far no one has contacted us.

Good flooring product and the installation crew was solid. The sales team is unresponsive and did not respond to any concerns adequately. Resulted in an extra $964 charge for what was supposed to be included in the quote. Several calls made all resulted in ** I will talk to my boss and call you back** Was never called back. Call customer service, and they transfer you to the same unresponsive sales rep.

They need to better follow up with the consumer and work on scheduling that meets the consumers time frame.

Pushy about placing and order. But he was on time and knowledgeable of the materials.

I actually used their co-company XXXX, whom I would highly recommend.

While installing the carpet,the installers scraped a bit of the freshly painted room( it was tight working conditions).They let me know right away instead of not saying anything. I was very impressed with that as well as the install and the time it took.

Love my floors.

I had a problem with their electronic withdrawal service. Had to physically go to the bank and get cash to pay them.

Good customer service

The installer worked very quickly to carpet our whole house. They did a great job and were very efficient and friendly.

The installation team walked me through what was to be done. They called and told me when to expect them. They arrived on time. They removed all trash, cleaned up and completed the job by 6pm. Our kitchen floor looks nice and contemporary now. I would recommend Empire.

Everything was good but a few parts were left looking incomplete. Could of been a little better

My only complaint was my sales person. I found him to be abrupt and arrogant. I chose Empire because they have the best price. The installers were awesome! Quick, clean and efficient. I would have given all 5's if it wasn't for the sales person.

Be careful because they will quote you various prices. I had a salesman come out two weeks prior and wanted to charge me double

The sales/estimator person helped me select the type of flooring, and the color. It was quick and efficient. I chose carpet. The installers showed up when they said, and installed the carpet (2 rooms) in less than 2 hours. the quality of workmanship was outstanding.
