I was very impressed with the professionalism that Reliance showed me on a difficult sewer repair job. After an initial consult where sewer lining was proposed, they proposed a much less expensive repair that worked just as well. Nice to meet an honest contractor in this day and age!

Byron did a great job replacing the drain in my tub. He even cleaned the tub! PLUS~~He didn't have to cut into my wall as he thought he might. Only downside is that I had to call them for an invoice and refund as I'd paid upfront for the wall cutting. hope I never have to use a plumber again, but if I do, I will call them!

190 bucks to show up. 3 options for things I didn't need. (Over 2k to redo pvc that was working fine, over 2k to replace the back up system that was 1 year old and working fine, 600bucks to replace the pump which was 2 years old and working fine). No option to replace the switch -which was the problem. The other plumber I called fixed it for under $200, with no visit surcharge.

The guy did a great job; cleaned my sewer line, installed a bath faucet, and and replaced the fill valves on two toilets. The downside was they charge by the job ( $911.00) so it came out around $290.00 per hour and I had purchased the faucet myself previously. That is a lot to charge for labor.

Very prompt, both customer service and pro. Pointed out the source of the problems. Cleared the slowed drain and corrected the a problem that has existed since the kitchen was remodeled several years ago. Very clean and professional.

Very courteous and friendly licensed plumber, recognized my problem right away. Informed me of the potential charges but took one step at a time. A little expensive but Michael corrected the drain & piping issue and made cleaned the area as if this was his own home. I would call Reliance again.
